Great Wall 1 — Restaurant in Clarksville

I would rate this better, but after my last order, I almost feel the need to give it 1 star. I have a very specific order, I have had pretty much the same order for over a year. I assume the guy that worked with me and took my order (that is in fact cheaper to put together than the original order so I am saving THEM money) quit or got fired, because the guy that answered the phone this last time was a jerk. He told me I was lying, that I never had a customized order on my account, and then argued with me. I finally got them to take my order and they decided to be rude the rest of the phone call. We usually spend $60-$120 every couple of weeks here and the attitude of the guy killed it for me. Their food is good, but not worth being called a liar and being treated like I am ignorant over. Delivery driver was nice though.

Oh boy... let me explain why this chinese place will never EVER get service from my family again. What kind of place upcharges delivery just for living on a military post??? It isn't posted on their website. If it had been, I would have ordered from another chinese restaurant. I only found out when they decided to give us a courtesy call 15 minutes before our food had arrived. Seeing as we already had waited over 30 minutes before they called, I wasn't wasting more time in my night. The food is average. Nothing to brag about. Noodles were over cooked but the chicken was okay. Little too spicy for my liking. Idk about anyone else, but upcharging military is ridiculous. As a prior serviceman and my husband being active duty, we have put our lives on the line for this country just to have to pay more for something because of where we live. This may seem pretty to others, but they shouldn't be allowed to charge more just to deliver. Its outrageous and unfair. Thanks...

Okay so this place is getting two stars because the food is actually pretty good. So I had put a to go order for tonight and when I called the girl told me to hold on and hung up. So I called Wright back figuring it was by accident and she put me on hold again. I ordered my food and that was that. I went to go pick up the food and I was asked what my phone number was which they never asked me for my phone number when I placed the order but I figured they had called ID. She couldn’t find it so I told her what my order was and she was oh right. I gave her my card and she print out the receipt basically through my card and receipt in the slot and grabbed my food and threw it in that box so I could grab it from the other end. And without saying anything walks away with an attitude. I didn’t appreciate that at all. No tip. It’s a shame because the food is so good. But I don’t think I’ll be...
