This is a horrible company!I been paying weekly payments, been good.
Went down to one job and requested to move to biweekly and was told it was fine and they called me the next Saturday for another payment after I paid two weeks worth. They still call me EVERY week still threaten to do this and that. And the thing is they call you 4 times ON your due date even when you are not late. Back to my story it been mis communication with them for the whole month when I went out of town thinking I had bi weekly payments and actually missed ONE payment on accident when they were told they could auto draft what's he point of having my card on file.I get voicemails about coming to pick up equipment. I even said you know what let me just pay the whole thing off next week so I won't do business with you all anymore. That's not an option, so you want 180$ now which is BS that's a whole month payment 42x4weeks being a so called 2 weeks behind but won't let me pay the whole thing off the next week,poor sales mgmt. choosing 180 over the false amount they stated anyways $500+. Lol this company is trash worse managers to ever deal with and on top of that..

Read moreThey're more affordable, but the staff there have no remorse for company mistakes, they always put everything on the customer and don't like fixing discrepancies. They don't care much because it's a business, if you're late, it literally charges a late fee each day. If it's a holiday coming they try to force customers to pay a payment and if because of store closure because of a holiday, they still charge you a late fee. I explained to the account manager that even before the pickup of my sectional, I would get a receipt that my card was charged more than just the payment and card convenience fee, he didn't care that I could prove that or he didn't even try to make it right. I'm currently looking into buying a dryer just like I bought living room furniture just to give them back this dryer and never do business with them again. They do work with you I got laid off and couldn't expect a check for a minimum of three weeks. Steve looked at our rental history saw we pay on time and never miss and pushed our payments for a no thmto ensure we did not lose our things. The question is not will they work with you it's do u deserve it and clearly if they wanted the come get thier things it was over 4 days of not hearing from you. It's sad that such a great biz has less than 5 stars because ppl don't want to pay and get mad about it!
