When you go here you are risking the cops being called on you! The owner of this location does not care and apparently neither does Little Caesars. We are on a budget and we come here out of necessity. In the past 6 months I've submitted at a minimum 4 complaints. This past week I was in the store on Saturday evening. It was 9:25 and they literally stepped over me to turn off the neon open light. I watched as people came inside over and over attempting to place orders ,but we're told they were already closed.i submitted a complaint that night and on Monday morning I got a call from a Franchise Owner in Clarksville,TN who did not own this store.,but said he received 9 or 10 calls a week regarding this store. On Monday night I came again at 9:25 and a young black male mouthed before I got.out of my car they were closed. I opened my door and he reinforced they were closed. I said to him really as I have a receipt from 2 days ago that says your open until 10:00. He then told me that he was talking to the store owner and handed me the telephone. I was still on the parking lot. This person said they owned the store and told me to get the F**k out of his store. I said sir I am not in your store and so you know my phone is on and recording my entire conversation.(It wasn't 😀) The young black man then immediately took his phone and went back in the store. I then called the other franchise owner and began telling him what had taken place. While sitting in my car two employees at this point opened the store front door and demanded I leave or they were calling the cops. I at this point said please do and understand I am speaking with am actual little Caesars franchise owner. Also understand when I called this owner we spoke for 7 minutes during which time you can hear the employees threatening me with calling the cops. I did leave the scene and sent a Facebook message to little Caesars Facebook page. I was told someone would call me shortly. I waited 24 hours and called the 800 customer service number. I was again told someone would call me shortly. I am 45 years old and sure I've been rude ,but in my life never have I been in a situation where the cops should be called. This is perhaps the most outrageous scenario I've ever encountered.

Read moreMy singular opinion based on my singular experiences: Need better supervision. Just my opinion but it is hit or miss whether the pizza will be good or not. I once checked the pizza, the pepperoni was mostly to one side. When I asked them to look at the pizza, the only response was 'a lot of them are like that'. About three of the workers stood there telling me that. They didn't offer to replace it or remake it. Recently purchased one and it had been sitting in the warmer long enough for the grease to soak the crust all the way through (my fault for not checking it until I got home). Just my opinion: if you want a cheap pizza of mediocre quality, this is the place. It's not bad, just check it to make sure it is FRESHLY made; and made correctly. I mean, how hard is it right (yes, worked at a Pizza Hut for 5 years before joining the military; I know all about making pizza and some of the business side). Price is close to it's competitors now, at least the specials. We actually paid the extra $2 to get a better one from Dominoes. This pizza can be excellent if made correctly. For this place, just check your pizza before you leave. Not sure of the owner comes by and spot checks what's going out to customers or what's sits in the warmers. Don't have to believe my opinion review, but when you get 3.6 starts out of 5 for over 770 reviews; indicates something might...
Read moreIt's always hit or miss coming to this specific location. You either get sauce or you don't, you get actual pizza bread or flat thin pita bread with toppings, you get cheese or you don't, good customer service or you don't. I went in yesterday and the little Tyler character almost got snapped in half after ATTEMPTING to argue with a woman about her order request (she simply asked the man at the register, who wasn't even Tyler as Tyler was in the back making the pizza, to make sure she had sauce and cheese on it and that it wasn't burnt like last time). It took everything in her to not crack on him but luckily an employee named PJ told Tyler to chill out and just go make the pizza (although Tyler continued on I'm assuming to try and intimidate the woman but she could've honestly cared less about his little rage). The thing was that as she was stating her request, PJ literally finished her sentence for her meaning it's a common request. Other customers and approx. 2 employees agreed with the woman and the fact that Tyler needed to chill with his...
