They lied about when my funiture would be in and the representative Jennifer said she "wished she had time in the day to call every single customer about their order." Well I said cancel the entire order, I don't have to pay to be disrepected when it was your error. In fact, she was the one that told be approximately 2 weeks ago that one of my living sets would be on the next truck. That didn't happen and she didn't communicate anything to me, I have called them numerous times just to get an update. I have been waiting on this furniture for over 6 weeks and was told that 2 of the pieces were in, then Jennifer says that was incorrect and only one was here but I would get it 2 weeks ago. I never heard from them until I called today and she gave me the smart response that was at the beginning of this review. Conveniently the one that was on an 8 week backorder is about to be available soon so I guess they didn't want to honor the two separate deliveries for the same price that they offered, go figure. I will never advise anyone to go there again. The customer service is horrible if the item is not in stock. After the call I went into the store and the manager Mrs. Elaine is helping me with this issue so I will update the final outcome. Also, Jennifer tried to apologize and act like she didn't know why I was upset when I was physically present but I was not having it. More to come next week if my furniture actually comes...
Read moreBought about $5000 on furniture. The staff were wonderful. While the delivery guys were assembling the table they broke one of the sides of the draw. I was told they will speak to the warehouse and schedule a day when they would come replace the drawer. They never called. Everytime I call I am being told that they need to contact the warehouse because they don't know and they will call me back, which never happens. Is like they are avoiding me. What I don't understand is why when you buy the furniture they can give a good guesstimate of when th furniture is coming but when they damage it they can't say when that part is coming. The furniture and prices were good, but this deceptive behavior makes me wonder. They just want to take your money and scam you. I spent $5000 and they can't come fix my coffee table that I paid $400 for. Taking advantage of customers and taking their money. Delivering defective products and not as advertised is a direct violation of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act. Do not come to this story because after they give you a product that you are paying full price as new if it's given to you defective they will just ignore you to avoid...

Bought everything and had it within a few days minus one side table which the delivery guys said was damaged in shipment and that they would bring it to me within a few days. Well a week went by didn't hear anything. So I called they said the next week. Then again. Next week. Okay. Fine. But what I didn't like was that the dresser, chest and side table I did receive had alot of scratches, discoloration of the stain and what looked like it was splashed with something that removed the stain. I finally got the call saying my other side table was in. And I had to pick it up unless I paid for another delivery charge. Okay. Fine. So I go there and they tell me I have to pick it up at the warehouse. Get to the warehouse. I had to load everything myself. Got home took everything out of the box and assembled the legs just to find that they don't fit properly and rock back and forth. And the whole side isn't even stained under the lip.
