It took forever to get someone to come to our table so we decided to just pay the check and leave but again took forever for someone to come to the counter as well. They need a bell or something. Idk why I got a notification now to write a review but I think it was because I was looking up restaurants and this one popped up. The bell was not there when we were there, I promise you that because while y'all were in the back NOT attending to customers, we looked for a bell for several minutes and did not see one so y'all must've finally went to dollar general since we've been there. 😂 I know most restaurant security cameras automatically delete footage after 3 months because they can't hold more than that so that explains why you can't find "evidence" of me being there. I wrote this review late simply because I forgot to do so months ago and decided better late than never. Most people look at reviews before deciding on a restaurant so whether this helps or not or maybe they don't order those particular items 🤷🏻♀️ Whether you want to believe me or not is irrelevant, you should just apologize and move on. The plates came with tostones (fried plantains), salad and the pork chop had rice and beans. The proteins were perfectly cooked, but the star of the plate was the frijoles (beans)!!! Now hear me out, not normally what would stand out at most establishments, these frijoles tasted as if they had been cooking for hours and yet the potatoes were perfectly done.
