Starbucks — Restaurant in Clarksville

gone 2 this location twice both times my drink was wrong. I got the coffee caramel ribbon crunch with an xtra shot. the 1st time they did remake it & it was better but still very lil coffee flavor. I got the same drink at a different location ( the 1 across from vandy n Nashville) & it was 90% whipped cream no joke. I was on the interstate omw home before I took a drink & it was horrible I called & the guy said just go to any location that's convenient for me & he will let them know to remake it, so i did. it was remade at this location & it didn't have any flavor it tasted like a whipped mixed with aweak caramel flavor, so not much better than the Nashville location. I didn't even bother to have it fixed ,again & wait another 10 mins to b disappointed yet again. my usual spot for coffee is LASSITERS. I've gone there for many yrs & never have I had any trouble. and an additional bonus is they give military discount & r owned by ppl who have served n the military, & they help out with various military organizations. I'm done with all Starbucks. even the other Starbucks locations I've gone to n different towns & even different states haven't impressed me. but I like to taste my coffee no matter how or whatever is...

My wife and I went to this Starbucks location while out shopping. Blorn was on the employee’s name tag that meet us at the counter. She immediately meet us with an aggressive and rude tone saying “you order here” when we were patiently standing there. We placed our order and we waited for our coffee. My coffee came out, but my wife’s hadn’t. I noticed people who ordered after us started getting their drinks so I asked her about my wife’s. She told me a drink spilled and probably knocked the tag that had my wife’s drink on it down and told me to wait because they were trying to get threw orders, again in a rude and angry manner. I told her I understand and we had been waiting for quite a while. She very clearly didn’t know she had missed my wife’s drink and I only asked her. After we got my wife’s drink my wife approached the counter and let her know we understand that the store can be busy at times but there’s no excuse to be rude and disrespectful to customers especially when we were being patient and understanding. I literally just got home and could not proceed with my day until I said something. I'm out of coffee at home and was on that side of town anyways and spent $8 for a caramel Brule latte and a muffin. In hindsight, I could've bought 2 weeks worth of my coffee but on that very principle itself this should've been an amazing latte and service. Nope. First the guy doesn't return my debit card, then I drive off, get halfway home, taste my drink nearly spew it across the dash because it's bitter as hell. I look and it says pike place with cream. Ok wrong drink. I go back and they don't apologize but rather say, "yeah that's coffee, he didn't screw up, he just gave you the wrong one." OK that would be fine and good but why no apology? Why not be a little less aloof and gracious that all of us are dumb enough to pay $6 for coffee. So annoying. Never going back. Oh and he took the coffee I had and put it back on the ledge, not in the trash. I drank out of it, I certainly hope he isn't "recycling" the drink for someone else. Ugh...
