I ordered online through my mobile I-Phone App. I have ordered from here multiple times. I placed my order at 6:45 on a Friday night. I received a call at 7:15 stating that my food had not been made yet and that it would be another 45mins to an hour till it could be delivered. As it was a Friday night, I understood and said that would be fine. I called them at 8:40 to see if my food was still on its way, or if the driver had gotten lost (considering I am less than 10mins away) the woman I spoke with informed me that the Delivery guy was 'Leaving Now' and heading out the door with my order!... I received yet another phone call from them at 9:10, stating that 'Actually, our address is out of their delivery zone!' I was/am beyond furious! I tried to be patient and understanding but clearly that could not happen tonight! I was furious, the lady just handed the phone off to I'm assuming was the manager. She never even said she was going to give me to someone else, but the Older woman got on the phone and kept telling me that we were out of the delivery zone. When I questioned her on why I have been delivered to on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS, why is it at almost 2 1/2 hrs later You are JUST now telling me you cant deliver to me!?!... She then proceeded to say that she will let the driver deliver this time, but that it would be 8mins before he can leave because My food had STILL not been made! At this point I was DONE! I told the lady to cancel my order and that I will never order from them again! As someone who has issues with food sensitivities and allergies, I'm really disappointed I have to take them off my list of Food choices because I can eat there food and it has always been good. But Customer Service is something I believe in and if you can't give me that, then I will GLADLY take my business Elsewhere!...
Read moreI dont normally post reviews but this experience was too horrible not to. Suprisingly when we do order for delivery it is hit or miss as to which manager is on duty. One manager said they deliver to my address 4 miles away, but the other says they dont. We called to gamble and see if they would deliver to our address at 617 pm. We were transferred to 3 people to get this info. A gentleman finally said yes and took our order of a pan pep. We called at 737pm to see where the pizza was. The phone rang 3 minutes and no answer. Hung up and called back... rang 2 minutes. Finally a woman answeres the phone. I told her i had been waiting for a pizza over an hour and 10 minutes. She told me it is for pick up. I explained it was for delivery. She told me no and that the order wasnt big enough for delivery. I told her we were not told this and we specifically asked for delivery. She told me to come pick it up. I told her again it was for delivey. She refused to make the situation right. I told her she needs to retrain her employees to take phone orders. She then yelled at me and told me that i dont need to speak to her like that as she wasnt speaking to me that way. I asked to speak to her manager and she said she is the manager. I told her i would be calling corporate. She hung up on me. I then called back and got her name. I have been in customer service before and i have never spoken to a customer like this. When a customer is unhappy the role of "manager" is to make it right. If all this girl wants to do is get mouthy with customers instead of trying to provide excellent customer service then she should not be a manger. Its a shame they remodeled the store and all i see are bad reviews. Really like pizza hut, but will go out of my way to smithfield...

1st; they need some serious work with their website. This is NOT location specific.
2nd; the persons in charge of making the pizzas are apparently not familiar with their toppings and the pizzas they go on. We had a Super Supreme and a pepperoni. The Suoer Supreme should come with more than red onions, black olives, back bacon, sausage and green peppers.
3rd; the pizza is supposed to have sauce to the edge along with the correct toppings for each pizza prepared.
4th; pizzas and any accompanying products should be cooked/ baked evenly and not burnt unless specifically requested.
5th; the boxes presented to customers should be clean and free from food stains and finger prints.
6th; if additional sauces are added, those containers should be clean and free from sticky substances and finger prints.
All of these things listed have been our experience at this location. Not even mentioning the unclean parking lot next to the store and inside of the restaurant.
I realize these are trying times for ANY restaurant, but this is more than the times. This is just lazy and uncaring. Is this the norm for this location or is this where Pizza Hut is going in these most...
