Fantastic, amazing customer service!

I can't even begin to describe how fantastic the customer service is here. They take their time with you, they won't rush or try to get away from you, they will make sure you are more than satisfied before checking you out.

I went it because my mom told me to give them a try. I was looking for a new dog food for my puppy (currently 12 weeks old) because hers was giving her horrendous gas. So I go, I'm immediately greeted at the door and explain to them what I need. I was taken to the food, she explained the different brands, the benefits, so on, then suggested a brand to me. I ended up with brand she suggested, along with a new harness, a pig ear, and a few other treats. When rung up, it was no where close to what I thought I'd be spending. I spent a little over 60. If I had gotten the same things from Petsmart, I would have spent well over 100.

Their store is full of treats and cookies for your 4 legged friends. Pig Ears, Beef Pizzles, Horns, Hooves, Baked Treats, just to name a few. I've bought quite a few Pig Ears because my puppy loves them and they keep her distracted for a little while.

Also, bring your four legged little friend by the store to say hello! The owners love meeting your furry critters. The owners usually have atleast one of their fuzzy pups wandering the shop with them. No worries, they are extremely well behaved and wouldn't mind if you give them a little loving.

They also have a rewards program! You can earn coupons you can use on anything in the store. Not to mention, they also have a program with the dog food. With CERTAIN BRANDS, if you buy 10 bags, you get one free. Or it's buy 11 get one free, can't quite remember which it is. You don't have to buy it all at once, they keep track of what you buy. It's fantastic!

They also groom your puppy for you. They will trim your pup up and trim their claws as well. Not only that, but they have a self service dog wash. Just bring your dog in, pay a small fee, and wash your little fuzzy friend.

I just love this store. This is where I'll be getting all my stuff for my puppy from now on. The staff are amazing, owners are fantastic people, prices are reasonable, and I just love the look of this store. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I...

We were pleased with the bath and trim. It was the experience i didn't like. First, the type of dog I had was incorrect, the form said sheepadoodle, we have a shih tzu. Any time I have ever had my dog groomed or bathed at any pet spa , it had never been an issue with picking her up after the appointment and being told the length of the appointment was just the earliest we could pick her up. I suppose I misunderstood their policy because it wasn't explained we have to be back in exactly an hour. So after drop off at 5, we went shopping. We are new to the area and ran into some trafic and congestion on road. We got the call she was done around 6:15 and got there around 6:45. They close at 7. Apparently they had two #s reversed in my phone number. Which I don't understand because we confirmed it making the appointment over the phone and again when droping her off. When we arrived we were told they panicked and were wondering what they would have to do with our dog as of we weren't coming back. When we explained what happened the staff was still telling us about how worried they had been. Then became very nosy about where we were from and what we had been doing that day. today was my first visit to just dog people, and I wanted to share that it exceeded my expectations. I have just gotten a new puppy who is having a hard time adjusting to the kibble that the breeder recommended. I came into the store, looking for a very specific raw food product and was greeted by casey at the door. She stopped what she was doing to talk to me and understand my need and lead me to the exact product that I was interested. She was very knowledgeable and educated me on several options that I had. I appreciated the time that she spent with me and was very thankful for the knowledge and education that she shared. She also gave me a tour of the store and was able to provide me with some information about training, which was much appreciated. I had an outstanding experience and look forward to visiting the store again. The rewards program is an outstanding option. I was blown away about the wide variety and selections for food, supplies, equipment, and most of all the toys!!! Everything that the store offers is great quality at very reasonable pricing!
