Wow. This place is surprisingly good.

I had never been to the other location so I had no info going in and I just happened to see it opened recently. My wife a friend and I went with our toddler.

Everyone was very friendly, the new decor looks good and more importantly the food and drinks were great.

Firstly, the brussel sprout appetizer was very good. Highly recommend. All of our entrees were great, we had 2 burgers and I tried the ribs, all were great. Sides were great as well.

The thing that made me an immediate fan is that its obvious they spend a lot of time that they don't have to do. The fries have lots of crunchy bits on them (same with the onion rings), and the kids chicken tenders are hand breaded and were amazing. Most places just make frozen chicken tendors or nuggets, these were honestly great.

We can't wait to go back and try the other items. And it sounds like so far its a limited menu, I honestly think the menu is fine but they'll be adding more.

Drinks were great and cheap. Beers are in the 4-7 range mostly. I got a bourbon cocktail and it was only 9$, very cheap and solid.

Can't recommend them enough, for anyone living the 42 area, this is a breath of fresh air. We're not just stuck with chains or low quality restaurants, go...

Just went tonight to MoonRunners and this restaurant exceeded my expectations! I've never been to MoonRunners before (including their other establishment) so this was my first time! Immediately walking in was greeted by multiple people and sat down. The first thing I noticed was how CLEAN this restaurant was! We ordered our drinks and I already looked at the menu and knew I wanted to try the brussel sprouts. My daughter ordered chicken nuggets. I am not sure the gentleman that came out but he explained that they weren't really tenders (since we asked for tenders) and wanted to make sure that we were good with how they were made. I honestly felt this was above and beyond since kids can be picky. (The chicken nuggets were fantastic btw). I ordered the smothered chicken with french fries and broccoli. Sooo good! I appreciated that the chicken itself was seasoned though it was loaded with toppings! Melissa, our waitress, was attentive and phenomenal! The bathroom was clean and that made me happy. OMG! Ordered delivery and The Smoke House Burger tasted amazing, cooked to order, fresh and juicy!! House potato salad was also delicious, fresh and made with real mayo and diced celery. A must try location with competitive prices!!!❤️ UPDATE 4/24/25 Garlic Steak Melt and fries delivered still warm and fresh! Sandwich steak was juicy, tender and seasoned perfectly. Love the flat cut and seasoning on the fries as well. A little pricey but worth every penny for an amazing steak sandwich!!! UPDATE 5/26/25 Classic Burger and fries seasoned and cooked to perfection.
