I wouldn’t even give this place a one star rating and it would be a zero!! I’ve ordered 3 enewton bracelets and sill haven’t Received my order, I have contact the boutique left voicemails they’ve have yet not returned my call I them emailed them twice and they seem to give me the same runaround excuse saying that my order is in the mail for me to continue to wait and it’s been two months.. I have contacted my local post office they haven’t received anything for me my local post offices did an investigation upon my call and concerned I wouldn’t recommend anyone ordering jewelry from this place or better yet anything you not get it I the mail...

The owner was trying on clothing and butting in on customer conversations. She took up an entire fitting room during store hours, making her own customers wait to try on clothes which was incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional. She kept leaving her phone on random chairs and policing customers on what to say and how to say it. She made the experience wildly uncomfortable and upsetting, so much so, we put everything we wanted to but back...

This store is so much more than a retail location. Madison’s on Main is an experience. From their inviting blue door to their signature scent walking through their door excites your senses. Then you see “all things pretty” from clothing to shoes to jewelry and home decor. I’ve bought clothes, purses, earrings, books and stickers and the quality is outstanding. It’s a treat to shop here!
