Absolutely love Steve, he is amazing. The floral arrangements at my daughter’s wedding were breathtaking. The linens, chairs covers, the whole set up was far beyond what we expected. My daughter’s bouquet was, ........., I absolutely have no words to describe it. That's how beautiful and amazing it was. The bridesmaid’s bouquets were also beautiful. Steve went out of his way to accommodate us in every detail, up to the minute changes. Delivered to Dallas, was on time. All our guest comment on how beautiful everything was. I would tell them “it was all Steve”, I could not stop bragging about his amazing talent. I had 11 roses delivered from an anonymous person. I called to find out who sent them and one of the gentleman stated he didn't know because they ordered them online and proceeded to tell me a story of delivering flowers to another person. I then mentioned I only received 11 roses, in which he replied "they must have only ordered 11" Turns out the person ordered directly from the shop and ordered 12 roses not 11. The arrangement was very bland. Just roses with lots of leaves. Nothing spectacular. Just roses thrown together with all of their leaves. Ordered via 1800-flowers, I understand that in doing this the arrangements can differ a bit from the photos. I have no problem with that. However, this was a bit ridiculous (see photos). The arrangement was not even remotely close to what I ordered. After requesting a refund from 1800-flowers, I then received a call from them stating “since you were refunded the florist will be picking up the arrangement”. I honestly thought it was a joke until recipient let me know that the flowers had been picked up. The recipient was told that they “made the wrong arrangement and will take these and bring back the new one,” which was a lie. You’re better off swinging by H-E-B or picking...
