So they say my bed room set was delivered the dresser was broken the gentleman that told me this aid that they could order me when and I said that was fine while I was on the phone with them he said my order was placed and that it would take 1-2 weeks and I said ok that was fine we’ll I gave them the full 2 weeks before I called. When I called I was told that it wasn’t ordered that it had just came back in stock I spoke the the same person that I spoke to on the day of the delivery and I was told my order was place then come to find out two weeks later that it was never placed so I call again a week after it was placed and it’s still not going to be here’re for another week at this point I’m very upset because we are paying so much money and don’t even have what I paid for they did give me for the meantime a completely different dresser but that’s not the point I want the one I’m paying for I feel as if I should be compensated for this whole...

Well, after a week they brought a loaner dryer(my schedule was big factor in the time it took). I had the loaner dryer a week or so.. I went in and decided to get the matching washer. Yes its extra but worth it.
MY FIRST LOAD IN THE DRYER WAS A FAIL. IT SPINS, BUT NO HEAT AND TIMER DOESNT WORK. CALLED THE NEXT DAY (11/24) WAS TO HAVE REPAIR GUY COME OR HAVE REPLACEMENT ON 11/27. JUST CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT WHEN TO EXPECT SOMEONE... WASNT SET UP. SO NOW ANOTHER WEEK NOT HAVING A DRYER.
With my screwy schedule they went above and beyond getting my washer/dryer to me, even with the black Friday rush! Sales staff didnt waste my time by trying to up sell once I explained exactly what I was after. The delivery guy.. omg! In & out in under 20 mins! The delivery guy is worth everything your paying him. I'm a returning customer from a different state. If yall decide to give away that big TV... I'm sure I can find...
   Read moreHere’s a manager/sales person named Rosie. How professional is it, when I ask for her name and she responds with her title. When I ask again she just gives me her first name only. Something sounds kinda fishy! Problem here is I been having trouble with a 65” tv that I’m way over paying. And was made to believe that I was buying a new one when she admitted to me that it was a preowned one, I know, sounds like a legal issue. my Fault I know, Arrons is an awesome place, but this management here is useless. She was no help at all. Again the problem is I been having trouble with my tv, which she wants to replace a 55”as a loaner. With no discount, this place needs to really reconsider their Priorities. Customer should be serviced in the Proper manner. So my best advice to u all, Avoid dealing with this Character Rosie, or in general the Cleburne store.
