EVERY time we come here we get overcharged. They always fix it but only because I catch it.

Today (6/27) husband said "two admissions, one rental" and was charged $21. Sign posted clearly says "admission $6, rental $3". So if you're going by their own signage you have to ask separately for a skate rental which makes the total $15.

He didn't catch it but I did and told him he was overcharged. Girl got an attitude and tried to tell us when we say "admission" that is $9 because it includes rental. Incorrect.

She shouldn't have had an attitude trying to tell him why HE was wrong when she was. Other than that this place is great. Staff is usually always nice, kids have a great time. Glad to have a skating rink in town.

*Owners response makes no sense. She didn't charge us for three admissions she charged us for two admissions and three skate rentals because she said when we say "admission" it automatically means we need skates as well. Try reading the review before just excusing her mistake. Again, every time we go they charge us incorrectly and regardless of who was wrong (her) she needs to check her...

My friend had accompanied me to the bathroom because I don't feel safe alone in public bathrooms for reasons I will not disclose here, and apparently a bunch of 8th graders told staff we were vaping. Okay, it's understandable if they'd need someone to just come up and ask to make sure, I get it. However, a bunch of employees decided to literally circle me and my friend and ask (very loudly) if we were vaping in a bit of an aggressive tone. They made a whole show out of it. Laughing, and one even yelled "It stinks in here, it was definitely them!! Hahaha". If that weren't enough, they literally put a whole table in front of the girl's bathroom door and let every other girl in there but us. Luckily someone let me use the bathroom before I pissed myself. I had an awesome party for my daughter Havannah here on a Sunday. Staff was excellent! Place was clean. I only wish it had been a longer time slot but they aren't open long on Sundays. Regardless of that, pricing was reasonable, everyone had fun and it was an easy venue for a child's party to get a good guest turnout! She's an only child without cousins and so was I. That said we had very few built in guests her age to invite. I was looking for a way to get a crew of her peers to show and Skateland was definitely the ticket. Lol I remembered my parents actually had a party for me here 20 or so yrs ago for the same reasons. It's no fun if you can't get people to bring their kids to your child's party. 🎉 🤷🏼‍♀️ Parents are quick to bring them to get a cupcake 🧁, skate and burn off some energy though!!
