Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Clemmons

Rude people work inside, and why just because they are closed on Sundays and Thanksgiving and Christmas day , why do they close early on New Yers Day so that employees can have off it is not fair to consumers who want to be served food and are off for the holiday that want to go out to get some chick fil a , and Chick fila owner gives their employees the night off? Not fair to people who want some Chick fil a like any other night, the original owner I do not think meant for chick fil a to close early on New Years Day not fair at all.This place of buisness does not care about serving the public when they close at 4:30 on every holiday so their employees can have off , and leave customers without food on a day when people want to eat out also employees give very poor customer service and get orders wrong the owner of this franchise is wrong for letting his employees get off every holiday instead of being there for the public. Now on Sept. 1 2025 the franchise owner is closing at 4:30 PM so his employees can get off early for Labor Day this is not fair to public that wants to go out to eat ,when other food establishments are open for the public what makes chick fil a employees so special, this is totally unfair!!!!!!!!! Owner is unfair and not being customer freindly!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I Found a Chick Fil A in Greensboro NC that is open today Sept.1, 2025 until 8PM , so I guess the person that owns the Chick Fil A around Winston Salem NC thinks that his/her people deserve a work-lfe balance the lady at the one on Hanes Mall Blvd told me, so how are the employees in Winston-Salem area better than the ones in Greensboro that work until 8PM so that people can go to get a great meal at Chick Fil A , I told the girl in Greensboro I really appreciated her dedication to the customers the Chick Fil A reteraunts in and around western Winston Salem NC don't know what the word dedication means ,they just know bad customer service and that other person is right I think that the owner does not want to buy salt because I have never in all the years that Chick Fil A has been in Clemmons not once tasted one grain of salt on their waffle fries at all and my Mother can confirm it. No salt is ever put on the waffle fries from the Clemmons location I need to report it to corporate because that is not right to not put salt on fries owner is the one responsible to make sure things like this are addressed maybe a call from corporate will get him/her on the ball, but they are more worried about their employees getting their time off for work life balance by closing early , how about concentrating on putting salt on the waffle fries they taste awful without salt , corporate will be calling you about that buddy, so straighten up and keep giving your employees extra time off if you are going to close early just close all day it wouldn't bother the customers any if you are so worried about them having time off and the money you can afford to lose a day of buisness if you can afford to close at 4:30 then why not give the employees the day off as a full paid holiday, and might as well close on 4th of July and Memorial Day , and all of the other holidays and pay them for whole day you dummy I agree with Christmas and Thanksgiving ,but you should be open even on days like Labor Day your full hours no one else that works in fast food gets off early for a day like Labor Day so what makes you and your employees so special to close early, the Chick Fil A in Greensboro stayed open until their normal closing hour of 8PM. And please put some salt on the waffle fries I am not the only one that has complained about this , corporate will hear about no salt on fries. So buy some salt and put it on the waffle fries we are tired of getting cheated!!!!!!!!!! It does no good to complain we have complained and just get a smile and an answer that they do put salt on the fries which is a lie. Pitiful for a...

My mama loves this place! I like it too. Last night, I had the grilled chicken nuggets and mama had the soup. The staff is so courteous and friendly. They bring your food to your table with a smile and always ask how are you doing... They are having specials throughout this month of January 2019, so watch for them. Ive has the grilled chicken sandwich and it’s real good as well. There is even a place for the little ones to play inside, and they enjoy themselves! It’s a Great place to eat and the lady manager is helpful and very kind, caring and knowledgeable about her staff and her surroundings. I recommend Chick-Fil-A in Clemmons to anyone...

2/21/20 What has happened with Chick-Fil-A? I’ve noticed a decline in the staff, as well as the food. The grilled chicken nuggets no longer come hot any longer and the nice staff are now in a hurry to get your order placed and over and done with. The quality of the food has gone down in my opinion in the past month. I’ve been watching this. I usually frequent this place once a week. I always get grilled chicken something. Either nuggets or the grilled chicken sandwich with extra pickles and did you know they charged me an extra .40 cent for those extra pickles the other day on my sandwich?? It didn’t occur to me until afterwards that I was reading the receipt and it said .40 extra pickles, Go Figure!?! Anyhow m, anyone else noticing the same thing with the Clemmons...

Today I experience racial discrimination, and I’m very disappointed in this restaurant. I was in line today in the drive-through and the traffic had to merge and when it was my time to go, the lady in beside of me which happened to be a white female, she cut me off when she pulled up to the drive-through window She started discussing me with the manager. I could clearly see and hear that they were laughing and joking about me and. I was very offended when the manager decided to reward her behavior with free coupon…..I thought them coupons were for been inconvenience… and now Chick-fil-A was insulting me because you can go do somebody wrong and be rewarded. When I pulled up to the The window to express that I was insulted by the manager’s behavior she told me to pull off …too leave…. wasn’t gonna give me my food or refund my money. I went to Chick-fil-A almost every day until experiencing a racial discrimination at the same location.(this the 2nd time and the last) A few weeks back came back today and this happened. I am completely done with this place.
