The owner of this hair salon Nothing But The Best Kimberly Smith is nothing but the WORST. She has zero customer service skills and assaulted me while I was getting my hair done. I had to press charges against this woman. The salon is a joke. Talk about a one woman show. There's one shampoo bowl and one hair dryer in this hole in the wall called a salon. Kim is very ghetto and unprofessional. If you have any amount of natural hair she will not have any idea what to do with it. Kim half washed my hair and braided my hair so tight for a sew in my vein was showing through my forehead. When I refuse to pay for half done service she then put a pair of scissors to my forehead and demanded $100. Kim obviously needs the money more than I do for her three children by three different men. I went to Kim at NBTB, for a braidless sew-in, in preparation 4 my upcoming wedding! I was very nervous with lil confidence in my appearance, due to balding on top & all around thin hair! Kim chatted with me for 2 months on & off, answering my many questions & reassuring me the whole way through! I am so glad I found her, my hair turned out better than I ever imagined! I feel beautiful again & she was so helpful in every step of the way! It was a great environment & great people! Her prices were better than the rest & her skills are on point! As a client of Ms. Kimberly Smith, I find her business, Nothing But The Best, absolutely spectacular. The products she uses for my hair does so much to improve it. I make sure my hair appointment is scheduled for every week. I walk in and my hair is monstrous , when it is finished I am always walking out looking like a model.
