One of the worst experience I've ever had. I had numerous things monogrammed for my daughter. When I went to pick them up, the ladies at the counter had zero customer service training. One of the ladies just thrust the bag at me and turned her back to me. No thank you, please come again. Is your order OK, nothing. I don't know if I was the wrong color or what. That's the impression I received. I will never do business with such a prejudice...
