Just the other day, I had the pleasure of dropping in at Keller's to repair the missing diamond in my wedding ring and find a great anniversary gift for my wife. I hoped to give my business to a local establishment, not one of the enormous jewelry chains like Kay's.

The moment I walked into Tommy's store, I was greeted by a friendly smile, great conversation, and an attentiveness to what I was looking for that allowed me to take care of both needs very quickly. While not a huge selection, Tommy's jewelry assortment was perfect. My wife and I have gone to tons of large jewelry stores looking for pieces that fit her particular tastes, and countless times we always leave never having found that perfect piece, which is surprising considering her tastes are in no way outlandish. Within 20 minutes of entering Keller's, my ring was scheduled to be picked up the following day and I had the perfect necklace and pendant, something my wife had been looking for in all those other jewelry stores but never found. It was outstanding, and better yet, the prices were great.

The following day, I stopped by and picked up my wedding ring. It looked good as new, better than it had in years. Tommy even smoothed out some of the nicks in the band and polished it. And my wife loved the necklace and pendant. 5 stars all the way!

My recommendation, stop by Keller's Jewelry and ask for Tommy. He'll help you find the perfect piece no one else seems to carry and do a great job on repairs. If you need something else, just ask. l got the impression that if there was anything he could help...

I was just in this store today around 11 a.m. to inquire about replacing a stone. Once your son came to get you, you stood at the door and looked at me as if I was bothering you. When the conversation began we were discussing the stone being a diamond or cubic zirconia. Under our impression, the stones were diamonds.The only reason that it was brought up being purchased in a different country was because of different regulations and laws that exist in the USA that don't exist in underdeveloped countries, of course you shut me down abruptly. Your hostile demeanor wouldn't even allow me to receive the informatiom about what could be done with the jewelry place that we purchased it from. I informed you that I was asking "general" questions and you continued to be rude(asf) and tell me I'm not talking about nothing and I wasn't listening you. I have no clue how you are still in business because of reviews state that this behavior is the norm with you. Oh! The grills... I am so annoyed at my interactions with you today, I don't know what to do. Thank you for letting us know our ring purchase was not what we were told however I am more furious with stopping in your place of business than the ring. Five stars all the way! Great service, very professional. Great, reasonable price, and fast! I brought in my fiancee so we could downsize her engagement ring which didn't fit. Upon entering, we were greeted very pleasantly by, the man Tommy who appears to be the owner. He made us feel right at home and took the time necessary to hear us out.

After which, he started trying mock rings on my fiancee's ring finger so he could determine which size would be best for her. It was all done very respectfully and we settled on a size. The ring was ready in a matter of hours and we picked it up later that day when we arrived, we tried the ring on her and it fit like a glove!

The repair was done professionally and only cost us 60$ ! My fiancee is very happy with the result and so am I! We recommend Keller's jewelry to everyone and intend to go back there in the future.
