Very rude and had the worst attitude of anyone ive ever come across in the customer service industry I asked to see a part and he made several smart comments about me wanting to see the part then made me wait while he helped other customers that were behind me before he showed me the part that I was needing after he had helped the customers behind me a phone call come in he answered immediately put them on hold and slammed the phone on top of the counter slinging it in my direction Huffed and puffed and went on his way to search for the part once He had found it he tossed it across the counter and made another smart comment about me wanting to see the part and I had my wallet in hand ready to purchase needless to say after the ridiculous disrespect and rudeness I left with out the part I needed and took my business else where … save your self the disrespect and do the same take your business to someone who appreciates it because mike Maytag definitely doesn’t …also found the same part right down the road for...
Read moreThe last purchase for a washer and dryer made from Sears over 15 years ago with no service calls. My washer stopped in January so I went to Mike's Appliance for a Maytag combo. They were nice inside the store for a sell and during the installation that had to be moved to another day due issues with the delivery person in which I agreed. Moving forward, my washer wasnt spinning properly and the dryer would not start after a month. So, I set up a service call. The rude repair guy shows up at my billing address instead of delivery address which was a delay. He comes out to explain the washer not spinning properly because of a kids blanket. Go figure, the dryer started while he was present. So, since he came out there was a $89.99 service call for doing nothing. This washer and dryer combo is less than 2 months old. Read moreWill Never be back. Bought a fridge they guaranteed to be good, right out of the store. Was given a 90 warranty. The very 1st week it would not get cold, they sent out a very knowledgeable tech who was able to fix it in a short time. Less than a month later l, same thing, not cooling. We expected the same knowledgeable tech. Definitely wrong, we got Mr last minute of the appointment, jerk who thought he knew the problem without ever speaking to us, was done in less than 5 mins and out the door and gone. He was back again in 2 days cause the problem was never fixed. This time he was late by 2 hours, again wouldn't talk, did something and it actually did get cold. Now conveniently out of the 90 days and the fridge is again not cooling. They now want to charge us for any tech visit and any refund per Manager Brenda is out of the question, basically told us we our out of luck, tough sh!+.
