with a friend, didn't know what I wanted. bartender takes friends order, then asks "anything else?" friend says no, bartender gets drink for friend. I've decided on what I want and wait at the bar for the bartender to be free. she comes over to me and says "just so you know, when I say anything else, I'm referring to the whole party. doesn't matter if it's different tabs. it's easier for the bartenders" also doesn't matter if you're not ready to order! a lot of phrases the bartender could have used that would have been more fitting for the situation and less accusatory! it was not exceptionally busy or anything that might prompt such a jagged response. extremely disappointed in the bar, have had multiple unsatisfactory customer service experiences here. if you're visiting or a local, go to any other bar! there are both cheaper and more punk options on detroit. disappointing that funhouse does not live up...

I love the atmosphere of this place so much that I drive an hr to come here and bring other people to show them how cool the decor is .. the day bartender is the ABSOLUTE worst bartender I have ever encountered… it’s was dead like it is sometimes in the day … (wonder why) she completely ignored us.. was cutting fruit and talking to other customers.. took us 15 mins to get a drink and she never returned. I got so frustrated we left .. we were planning on spending the day there so we went else where and spent our money .She is extremely RUDE and nasty I cannot believe she even has a job there ? This wasn’t a one time occurrence.. every single time I have come and she’s there it’s the same mean attitude that makes you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I will no longer spend my money in this establishment or bring friends from and be away to this bar . Sadly.. thanks for ruining the fun whatever...

This place has hands down the most delicious, well crafted and extremely well priced cocktails of any place out there. The signature cocktails pictured here are to die for and they only cost something around $6. You can go to any other place and they charge you at least $14-20 for their cocktails!!! The vibe is incredible- this place is actually fun! It has some really cool things to do- retro games include - mini putt putt, funny mirror, arcade games, fortune teller, whack a mole, skeleton claw machine, and so much more. The bartender was really nice and they have really cool wall art on their walls. The centerpiece of the bar is an actual coffin. Definitely visit this place.
