Taco Bell — Restaurant in Cleveland

Im trying to figure out why when I got off work tonight 2/20/24 the guy at the drive theu and cook decided when I said extra chicken in my quesadilla they decided it was cool to put a whole bottle of jalapeno sauce in the quesadilla. And when I called about it refused to fix my order .. I didnt want a jalenpeni and chicken quesadilla I wanted a regular quesadilla with extra chicken. How the hell do u work fast food drive thru and dont know how to listen effectively or actually do ur job and follow the instructing u were taught by restaurant when trained to make food properly . I really want my food replaced this was some bullsbit after doing a 14 hour work day just wanted something to eat when I got home and it was ruined with being frowned in quesadilla jalapeno sauce. They should be shut down This is the worse Taco Bell on earth. Every time I go there something weird happens. One time a bloody guy walked in , another time they were out of chicken and beef. Another time a car drove through the wall. They never put the things you ordered in your bag. They always mess up your order. Then to top it off I placed an online order to be picked up. I drove there and they handed the drink to me then told me to park at the front door and they will bring out my food. Well they never did ! July 24th around 4:30 pm all the employees just quit. They locked the doors , shut down the drive through and just stopped working and they wouldn’t answer their phones. I never got my food that I paid for ! I have to dispute the charges now. I only go to that location because my mom lives by there. I’m going to the 150th location from now on. .. just to be clear … the awful Taco Bell is the one located on West 117th...
