They never answer the phone . The voicemail is always full and can not receive messages this has been going on for days. I dropped off a window and payed about 48$ they said yea this will take a couple days. Ten plus days later nothing no answer and can’t leave a voicemail it has been full. I ALSO BOUGHT A cut off GRINDING WHEEL AND THE FIRST 30 seconds using it broke apart and I was using cut off wheels all day same metal thickness and never did one break apart even when I snagged it a few times the grinding from Rudy’s didn’t snag at all but broke very easily so be careful AlSO THE SMALLER PAINT ROLLERS LOOK AS IF THEY WERE CUT OFF FROM A 12in ROLER HEAD THE SIDES ARE NOT FACTORY AND THERE PAINT IS EXPENSIVE 8$ from Walmart there it was about 14$ almost double also there can had a lot of thick paint at the bottom as if it were old / sitting on the shelf...

These dudes are cool very helpful and will walk with you to get what you need and explain everything to you. They really appreciate your business and you can tell. I made the mistake of going to south end hardware because of road construction and the guy wasn't very helpful and was kind of a dick so I went to Rudys anyway and got what I needed with no problem. Rudy's has never failed me since I moved to the area 25 years ago! It is an old-fashioned hardware store that reminds me of being with my dad as a kid - they have everything!! And they will talk through what you are trying to fix and give great advice. And recently I needed a gift for my sportsman son-in-law, and Jesse and Jim gave incredible suggestions!
