Ordered two "Pretzel" crust pizzas with cheese sauce. The "Pretzel" crust just looked like normal crust with a few sprinkles of sea salt on them. There was also no sauce on them. Just dry dough with toppings. I called the manager whom just blamed door dash for whatever reason. I was not asking for a refund but rather for them to rectify the situation by issuing me another two pizzas. I would have exchanged the faulty ones. They asked for proof that the pizzas did not have any sauce on them. Which I more than happily obliged. She then said they had "light sauce" on them. An option I never agreed to and judging by the pics that has to be the lightest of light sauce. You would get better satisfaction from pretending to eat pizza. She told me to come to the restaurant for a refund (again didn't want a refund) and didn't have a vehicle. That's why I ordered delivery in the first place. Manager would not send out another two pizzas and kept talking over me. Would also not give me her name. Ended up looking up her info via her cell phone. Initials only came back. Z.M. Did a bit more sleuthing online and came to the conclusion that she may be known as Zakaria Mensour. She also has a heavy accent and sounds ancient. You would think all her years on the planet would make her a bit more wise and understanding but she has just devolved into an old bitter and careless person. She hung up on me during our conversation (and I assure you I was polite as polite could be as I do not want to upset people that handle my food) and when I tried to call the store and her cell back neither picked up. Tried to get in touch with corporate but the feedback page keeps erroring out on their end so lucky her I guess. USUALLY when I order it's fine but today they just did not want to accept responsibility for their faulty product. Yay. Guess I'll have to go pay Ol' Zak a visit later today when I have a vehicle. Then they wont be able to hang up on me. Also want to mention that they said they would offer me a refund but then kept saying the dasher would give the refund and I assume it's just a bunch of blame game here. She never apologized once either for the inconvenience. Another case of a person in the people business that has no business there in the first place. Factory work on an assembly line would suit her better. Mindless work for a...
Read moreI literally told my fiance this past Friday to go there because it was the best in the area. Food is always exceptionally good. This one star rating is based on this day in particular. My husband ordered over the phone three bestest pizzas. By the time we arrived, I saw a man leave out with three boxes. Inside there was three other people besides myself. After a few minutes...the guy who walked out with those three boxes came in and said she messed up his order. The Caucasian woman behind the counter was short with him stating he said that was his order. She never looked at the pizzas to see what they were but took them and placed them on the counter in the back. Another five minutes passed before I get to the counter. Tell her my order and I pay. She literally went in the back picked those same pizzas up and try to sell them to me. I went off. I could not believe the lack of care to sell someone pizzas that left out in another person's hands to their car. After my pizza was remade I could had left quietly but I didn't. But to make matters worse she stood firm on convincing me they were fresh. They probably did just come out when when she gave it to that guy. I could have handled it better but can you imagine how many times that happened there. I'm mad because the food rely is excellent here...they do a good job. But the thought of getting food that sat out and was outside and the ppl who bought it back in could had ate or touched it and you didn't even look to see just is so disappointing. My hubby can continue to go...
Read moreThe only reason I gave this store 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes they do forget to include your dipping sauces or drink. Besides that, this store is by far the best Little Caesars in the area! I drive from Westlake to this store (30 minute drive) when I'm having a Little Caesars craving. The pizza is always hot, cheese melty and gooey, fresh toppings and just the right amount of sauce. I can order for lunch and noon, dinner at 6 or at 9 right before they close and the quality will be consistent. People complain that they are always busy and lower the rating for this location however steady business equates to good food. If you want a faster location, try the west side. Just understand you won't get the same...
