Mr. Hero — Restaurant in Cleveland

Just saw them deal with two irrate customers. Young girls 20is orders 30 plus in food and walks outside. Takes 10 minutes to prepare. Cashier and manager are trying to find the peraon who ordered when a lady in her 40s walks in and says the order is hers. Cashier and manager want to see the original person who ordered to make sure. Young girl comes rubning back in and her and the older woman start screaming and cussing out the workers. All the mr hero workers handled it great. Never cussed or yelled back. Just gave the original person the order and asked them to please leave. Young and old women then threatened to show up when every got off their shift. Again workers did their best to stay calm and diffuse the situation. Good job to...

I feel like the “higher than traditional fast food” prices at Mr. Hero, suggests a superior product compared to the lesser priced fast food options. Yet, spent $35 tonight on food for two people and was seriously disappointed in our purchase. We don’t eat out often because of the typical disappointment from food options in our area. This confirms why. Have the same standards as any other location, or don’t bother.

How do u expect customers to order if u fail to answer the phone: not all customers have the time to come in and wait some of us only get 30 minutes for lunch. It dont make no sense that ive called other mr hero stores and they dont answer the phone but yet yall want customers to do curbside pick up n order online n do all that but u refuse to even take their calls. That makes me opt to eat elsewhere. Yall need to fix that or ur gonna lose...
