Arhaus The Loft — Local services in Brooklyn

As with all outlets, they can be hit or miss. Sadly I have only bought very few items at this location. The loading dock took a very long time and ended up with 6 people back there waiting to load up. It took over an hour to get loaded up, we were the third person in line.

For the store... the front end staff are very friendly and helpful! They do have a fabric sample section, in case you need to compare another upholstered Arhaus piece you have.

Pre-covid they had a very full art room.

They still have the additional percentages off! Which is nice bs another similar brand no longer does! The lady let me know that they get multiple trucks every week currently.

There are a lot of various sofas and sectionals, most of which are in very light or white fabric, which is dirty. (As of March 2022)

Previously, they had an abundance of leather sofas in a range of colors. So this will always vary.

Bed frames are priced amazingly! They often have an abundance on the back wall!

They often have a handful of rugs, sadly a lot are displayed on the floor and walked on, so they are filthy.

Accent chairs and round dining tables are often in abundance.

Dining chairs have always seemed to be limited.

We own 3 couches from Arhaus and find the quality to be fantastic! More structurally sound then our RH sofa & mothers Natuzzi leather sofa.

We have 4 of there outdoor aluminum accent chairs that have held up to serious wind storms off the water. The teak, outdoor tables have not held up...

You can certainly find great deals here. I found the men that unload the truck of furniture to be nicer than most of the sales people AND one of the managers I spoke with. I bought a sofa right before my due date, thought I measured it out clearly and did not. I called to talk to the manager about coming to remeasure it (it was still on their floor) and he immediately got defensive and was like well you signed paperwork stating you cannot return it, it’s not returnable. I indeed did not sign that paper work which I’m sure he realized, and he mentioned maybe exchanging it, very begrudgingly. We realized we can make the couch work better than we thought and it was a good deal so we went through with the purchase, but due to that encounter and poor customer service I don’t think I will ever come back. Their stuff is okay and prices are fairly reasonable. Stuff is not always in the best condition so you have to inspect it well. The worst is their customer service. They will tell you that you can call them or text them or follow them on social media and they will help you find pieces to put things together but they do not. You pretty much have to be there when they (randomly) are unloading a truck or live within a five mile radius to be able to get anything decent. For example I called and asked if they had a specific item, they told me there were several and they “did not have time” to take photos and send them to me an encouraged me to come to the store. On my hour and a half drive there, they posted a photo on Instagram of the item I inquired about. Of course when I showed up 30 minutes later, it was sold. Funny how there was “no time” to take photos an hour before that. When I got there there were no more than five people...
