7-Eleven — Local services in Cliffside Park

Horrible customer service. The indian guy with a mohawk and tatoos is a thief. I always go to this location to purchase hot coffee and never encountered a problem with other staff members, I purchased a medium coffee, a bag of cookies, and a bag of airheads today at this location. The price for the coffee should of been 1$ with the 7 eleven app meanwhile i was charged 3$! For a medium sized coffee. In addition, the cashier did not give me a receipt and i also believe he didn’t scan my app. When i told him that he charged me a lot and that it is the law to give a receipt he got nasty with me. Definitely avoid this place. The best part part of the story is that i believe he was the manager or owner. Listen to other reviews as well and avoid this place. Make sure to check your receipts and points. This location is fraud. I’ll be disputing the charge with my credit...

Little did I know, waking up this morning, I would be cursed out while trying to get a snack for my kids for school by a man who sounds like young Ronnie Coleman (yea buddy!!) but looks like his last meal of the day.

I grabbed a few items from the shelves, which were marked to be on sale. But when ringed up, came out to regular price. Since nowadays every little bit counts, I asked the man at the register, the tag on his chest read PN, to honor the advertised price, picture attached. To be met with extreme aggression, a select few words that I refuse to repeat, and a take it or leave it finisher. After a few attempts I vacated myself from the premise, to avoid further escalation of this absurd conflict.

The only reason this place gets two stars instead of one is because of two of the employees, PN and TD. Very friendly and sociable, always helpful when I’m there. However, almost all of the new employees they try to bring in are young and untrained, always left by themselves, and don’t really know how to do much to keep things moving. The store constantly only has one person working, even when it is extraordinarily busy and don’t know how to process everything properly to keep the line flowing. This is the only 711 location I have experienced this at, And it makes me wonder how they still manage to keep customers...
