Even though I got by the best organic cotton fabric in the market and explained to Cynthia how I wanted my clothes here is what happened:--you will not get to try the clothes, because this dressmaker doesn't allow trials she will cut the clothes and sew them even if they don't turn out to be ok,YED she will alternate them for you later on ,but why not provide a trial in between BEFORE FINALIZING THE ENTIRE THING?!-- THE CLOTHES WILL HAVE ADD ON PARTS OF FABRICS ON THEM AND NOT LOOK DECENT...Then the place where she did the stitches on my clothes had holes on them as if she used a nail and a hammer not a sewing machine on the stitches, when I spoke to Cynthia about that she said it was the fabric, but indeed the fabric did NOT have any holes anywhere else except for the stitches .... Another issue is that this dress maker can not tell which is the inner and the outer part of the fabrica, so I ended up with a pair of pyjamas that had only 1/4 of the fabric turned on the right side and 3/4 of the inner part , thankfully that it is not too recognizable and I am keeping them as pyjamas..The other issue is that the stitches would come off easily after several washes and a lot of strings were coming OFF at the stiches ,I had to cut them off with scissors all the time. They were also scratchy...My clothes would get a bad odor after she would make them, even though when I sent the fabric to her it was washed , dried and ironed and had no odor whatsoever, when I told Cynthia about it she said she could not do anything for it and if I wanted to keep my clothes separately from the clothes of the other customers I would have to buy a big plastic bag and give it to her,how about that the odor would have come from not sanitizing the tables, iron, and sewing machine after finishing off with each customer's clothes and also she must have enforced rules and told everyone not to bring any smelly, or perfumed stuff at her store so no one would get any other odor on the clothes, she should also kindly asked everyone to bring to the store only washed and cleaned clothes and fabric to eliminate these issues....I had to pay$75 for a head scarf, but to add some decorative flowers that I gave to Cynthia she waned to charge some more money to sew those flowers on my scarf...Also when I told her to make the hem and the edges of my clothes one inch thick with double stitches ,that did not happen neither ,she probably cared zero about my requests,There were also some other issues with the way she sewed clothes,so in conclusion I thought she went way too far with all of the above and after I spoke to her for most of the issues ,I cut off for good from her.I do not understand the five star reviews here...Thank you for your attention towards my review! Please give it a thumbs up if you like it and share it with others so to escape from putting up with the crap of...

Read moreA few months ago, I needed many specific measurements taken for a custom wedding dress I was ordering from Etsy and the lady was immediately down to help and very diligent about it (I had very detailed instructions from the dress designer). Now I finally have my dress and wasnât sure whether I needed to hem it shorter with the heels I ended up choosing. She again helped to envision what a shorter length would look like and ultimately in the end, we both agreed it wasnât worth it to hem just an inch shorter as the current length already looked great. I was finally able to get some peace of mind with my decision (especially with just 6 days left before the big day đ”âđ«). All in all, she made me feel comfortable both times and I enjoyed working with her - would return in the future to get some actual work done! Thanks so much for all your time...
