TOMMY IS AN ANIMAL ABUSER BEWARE!!!! i dont even know where to begin. First, on one occasion Tommy zipped my cats tail to his carrier⌠i didnt realize until i got home and opened the carrier. He was stuck and the SKIN of my cat was zipped. I called tommy right away and looked past this because i thought it was an innocent mistake. Next time my cat went in, i picked him up to find 2 HUGE CUTS ON HIS MOUTH AND EAR!!!! im not sure why i would ever go back after that but i did. This last time, i stayed at the salon to ensure tommy was not abusing my cat. When i sat down outside of the groomers area, Tommy tells me it is against the rules for me to stay and watch!!! He was demanding i leave. I was sitting far away from the grooming station in the waiting area. I have never in my life heard about a rule like that. I asked tommy why not and he said cause itâs the rules of his salon. I have been to several groomers, i have never heard of this in my life!! I have always been able to stay and watch for a service im paying for FOR MY PET!!! Thats like a parent taking their child for a hair cut and the hair dresser tells the parent they cant watch!! He literally attacked me and yelled at me for wanting to watch for my pets safety!! I took my pet who was soaking wet and ran out of there and will never ever go back. Obviously, tommy is hiding something and itâs his abuse toward innocent animals. Just the way he carries my cat is so rough and scary!! Ive seen him hold him as if hes a tiger, when hes an 8lb good cat. Save your pet the abuse and trauma and go to someone who treats pets in a gentle and...
Read moreWeâve been bringing our Pomsky to Tommyâs Salon for the past two years, but the last few visits have been extremely disappointing. Every time we pick him up, it looks like he hasnât been groomed at all. He still has excessive hair on his legs and rear, and the only thing they seem to do is shave a small patch on his butt and a little on his belly. Itâs basically just a bath â definitely not grooming.
Today, we decided to give them one last chance. My husband brought our dog in and clearly explained that we wanted more hair taken off the butt and belly area. The response? âWe donât do that. I can only bathe him and trim a little.â For $80? We can bathe him at home â weâre paying for actual grooming, not just a rinse.
When my husband mentioned that itâs all extra hair and that I wasnât happy with the service, the groomer replied, âNo matter how I do it, your wife will never be happy.â Really? Thatâs your idea of customer service? I donât recommend...
Read moreI went to Tommyâs to have my dog groomer and explained the way I wanted him groomed as well as the way I didnât want him to look after grooming. Tommy fully understood what I wanted and after picking up my dog I saw that he completely ignored my request and groomed the dog the way he wanted. He did not care about customer satisfaction and made no offer to correct his error and still charged the full amount for the grooming. With so many groomers in the area I would suggest other pet owners save themselves grief and go to a business that appreciates the customer and goes out of their way to please them. Tommyâs is...
