Service is terrible. The woman who works at the register, with black hair and glasses, hides her badge so we don't see her name, she's terrible and rude. She said she doesn't cover the photo and document printing section. Even so, she kept pretending to look for it (in the wrong place, because I had already gone to print a few days before). She was always ill-willed and rude, saying that she didn't work in that sector so I asked her to call whoever worked because she was wasting my time. She requested help, told the other employee that I was there for the prints and that I said she wasn't helping, that's why she called him, she would take care of the other customer who was there. This other employee, decided to take the other customer who arrived after me, and when I warned him, he still didn't answer me, he said that I was telling him to ignore the other customer, and I never said that. I asked to get my prints because I was there before, but he didn't do. They made me wait around 25 minutes there, makingfaces, rolling their eyes. I was printing documents to apply for my son's MEDICARE. When I checked the printouts, pages were missing while others were repeated. What a nightmare. NEVER GO THERE IF YOU HAVE IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS TO PRINT. They treat you badly, it's always messy, time consuming and always wrong. I alreadyhad problems there before , but it's the closest place to my house where I could go walking. DON'T THINK TWICE AND GO TO ANOTHER STORE. At this Walgreens, you pay, you get poor service, they take forever and they still deliver your...
Read moreThis store has some of the worst staff ever! They straight up ignore you and impose ridiculous rules whenever they want. If you do in-store pickup, the email specifically tells you to go to the photo center. I even checkin ahead of time to let them know I’m on my way. When you get there, if there’s no attendant, there’s a button to push for help. It freaking repeatedly announces on the over head loud speaker for someone to come help. 2 “younger” employees walk pass me and they both said “they don’t work in that department”! 3 cashier and not one can come over to help! One even walks over to come get bags for his station and ignores me when I asked if someone be coming over. They later asked me to wait on the checkout line to pick up a order! Isn’t in-store pick up suppose to be quick?! Finally, one of the older staff came over to help. She asked me to leave the line and she proceed to give me my order which was literally right in front of the register! I understand that sometimes you are tired and you might be dealing with other things in your life, but just about everyone in the store is rude and that’s...
Read moreI had an awful experience with customer service at Walgreens. I went there during my break to pick up medication and found it quickly. However, it was locked, and I had to wait for assistance. It took a while for an associate to come over, but when he arrived, he didn't have the key to unlock it. A few minutes later, he sent someone else to help me. I proceeded to the register.
There was only one person working at the register, and she was in the back searching for an item for another customer, which took about 10 minutes. I then returned to the original associate and mentioned how no one was at the register. He asked me to wait and, when I politely requested that he open another register, he slowly walked over to do so.
There was another customer in front of me, and when it was finally my turn, the first associate was still ringing up that same customer. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to check someone out when I know where the item is located. The customer service at this store is terrible, and I would never return. I’d rather go out of my way than deal with this kind of...
