I went in looking to get 2 new suits because the buy one get one free sounded like a great offer. Of course like every store they didn't carry my size and had to order them. While trying on the suits, i didn't like the way the shoulders looked and was assured by the salesman that they could be fixed. So i ordered the 2 suits. 2 weeks went by with no phone call so i called and asked about my order. They had them in the store for a week and a half. Go in to get fitted and the size was too small. Reordered the next size up and they came in 2 days later. I still didn't like the shoulders and explained that i was told they could be fixed. They marked out for all the alterations on both suits. I asked for suspender buttons as well. Also one suit came with pleated pants that i did not want. Again assured that they would remove the pleats. Get my suits back 2 1/2 weeks later and the shoulders look worse than they did in the store, suspender buttons only made it into one suit, and they never removed the pleats. Same with shirts. Selection in non-"tailored" shirts has shrunk also.
I asked the employee on duty why everything was "tailored" in these common larger sizes for middle aged men. He had no clue.
