CUPS Frozen Yogurt — Restaurant in Clifton

This is a tough rating for me ... Prior to Covid-19 ...and even durring the peak of the pandemic, this place would have gotten 5 stars. The froyo is always delicious, with a good amount of topping selections priced on par if not better then other places. However...the past two visits we have had to simply walk out. The first time (roughly 2 months ago March-ish 2021) the place had a HORRIBLE smell thruout, making it impossible for me to even step foot inside. My husband and child went in...and immediately walked out as well. Today... we walked in to find a table with sanitizer and gloves with a sign explaining what to do in order to approach the self serve area. This place was already packed with ZERO social distancing being practiced... However as we were reading the sign, a family of 4 walked in behind us and crowded us and proceeded to move forward without sanitizing or gloving ....with absolutely zero intervention from staff. Between just overall not feeling safe in an overly packed small space, and them not having gloves that actually fit mine or my husband's hands ... We decided that we are just done here. As we walked out 2 people came out...and about 8 more walked in. The pandemic is still very much going on, and reguardless of anyone's personal feelings towards it...it is in the best interest of an establishment to ensure that each of their guests feel as safe as possible...and they failed terribly today. Perhaps we will try one more time in a month or so...but as of now ... We...

Delicious but a little bit pricey. Many of the flavors here are absolutely delicious and without a doubt worth a try although I would avoid the EuroTart! Yes that's the name. I would call it a sour ice cream intentionally made so I believe you might want to try it as a challenge! core here is really cool I love the 60s vibe to the police and their seats inside to sit out. They also offer water so you don't get too thirsty after eating all the delicious yogurt! personal favorite is usually chocolate and chocolate peanut butter mix! Don't forget the toppings though. They have a multitude of topings to put on there as well as whipped cream and hot caramel! Just remember it is cost per pound so most people go more than they wanted to spend if they're not careful. When you walk in they have little tiny sample cups which is great because as I said if I gone too much of that euro tart I would not have been pleased. LOL And don't forget to tip for...

I didn't mind waiting in the line outside as u know businesses have to adapt their service due to covid, but the line that seems not too long outside turned inside in some unventilated corridor with no AC. It was excremely hot inside and very crowded. Only two people were allowed inside the Cups place, but andt was like 20 people in hot narrow corridor waiting to get in. Just one girl was pouring the yogurt for everyone. They had a list of available flavors only at the of the corridor with about 10 flavors. They run out of some, including tart, and didn't cross them off the list, so I waited and struggled for nothing. I would not recommend going there until this pandemic is over and business is...
