Where do I begin. So I am a frequent shopper here, the staff has changed a little since I started coming here but the service is still great. I love finding new trends here for that special night out or that night with the girls or just because. Some of the clothes can be a little pricey but I learned to definitely tag them on any of my social media accounts and make sure to show them for a discount. They get new clothes in daily I believe so the assortment does change a lot. So if you see a piece you love on the Instagram make sure to run out and get it because the stock doesn’t last. They added a lot to there website page that you can order from as well. The staff comes with incredible fashion sense and has helped me put together pieces. They will always be a 5 stars for me because of the continuous customer service I receive there, and attention to detail. I have so many friends who always ask where do I get my outfits from and a smile comes over my face because I know the team there did it again for me. I usually have great experiences at this store however my experience today was not the best. I went in to make a return and the cashier let me know that I can look around for something else or get a store credit. I did not have time to shop today so I asked for a store credit. I made my purchase on 2/7 and my receipt states that I have 14 days to return for store credit. The cashier took a look at my receipt and said that my purchase was past the return date and that they no longer accept returns on shoes. Today is 2/20 which means I am still within the return window. I kindly brought that to her attention and she said that they still can’t accept my shoe return. I was not informed my shoes were final sale when I purchased them and my receipt did not say that shoes were excluded from their return policy. Sarah the manager is super sweet and helpful! I ordered a blazer and shorts set for an upcoming vacation and was accidentally sent the wrong color. I wanted to see if they were able to get me the correct color and time which they were but unfortunately I wouldn’t have been able to get it in time for my trip. So while I was away on my trip they so kindly send me the correct color and a return label for the wrong color. I ended up wearing the wrong color of the set and liking it so much that I wanted to keep both colors to have. I called the store today to inform them that I was going to be keeping both sets and I need to pay for one of them. Sara was so nice and helpful and was able to take care of everything for me without any issues.
