I was in this location yesterday and at first it seemed like a very nice experience, the team member working the door was following proper guidelines allowing in so many people as others left as well as having hand sanitizer at the door. The store itself was in shape and clean. Then I encounter my problem. During this unfortunate pandemic a lot has changed and a lot of new things implemented. For example wearing a mask. There was a very rude lady in the store with her daughter who was just as rude, clearly no guidance, both with no masks on and excessively COUGHING on merchandise, touching, and trying on (when trying on is not allowed). I could tell a lot of the other customers were uncomfortable as was I due to safety and health regulations. I kept asking myself why none of the associates were telling her and her daughter to put on their masks. They have to have them I tell myself because otherwise how would have they gotten in the store. This lady then has the audacity to ask an associate for help reaching something (maskless) and the associate helps her. I'm mind boggled at this point. People are all around looking and speaking amongst themselves anxious and worried. I'm in line now and the lady puts her cart in the line to I guess "hold her spot", but once she returned she had me to deal with. I put her right on the spot in front of the whole store and associates that she cannot leave her cart here to save her spot in line and first and foremost where's your mask. Obviously I won the argument as she went to the back of the line with her mask now on, but what really bothered me most is that NONE OF THE ASSOCIATES SAID ANYTHING NOR MANAGERIAL STAFF. Aside from this being the case the cashier was wearing a shirt not deemed appropriate for work. Funny outside of work, but not for work. "Newsflash, I Dont Care" is what the shirt said. It was clear on this day that none of the Old Navy associates cared for their health and safety as well as the health and safety of...
Read moreI like this store due to the convenience of being close to home but unfortunately one bad experience can ruin everything. I buy a lot from all 3 brands and I have never had an issue returning anything. I had all my returns perfectly packed in the same bags I received them, all tags attached and all receipts available in my phone. I purchased my orders on 06/18 and tried to return them today 07/18. For some reason when the associate scanned the first bag it wouldn't allow her to do the return. She went and asked this other associate who was rude and wouldn't even let me say anything. All she kept saying was "you have to do it online". She even saw my receipts dated 06/18. I asked her if I could get store credit and she wouldn't even let me finish, again "you have to do it online". She didn't even try the other bags I had. I left the store and went to Willowbrook where I had no issues returning my orders. One of the barcodes on one of the bags wouldn't scan and they looked up my orders using my cellphone and email and the return was done. I don't understand why I couldn't get the same done at the Clifton location. This rude associate didn't even try. I guess it was too much...
Read moreThe store was super nice, the staff was very nice, but there was one female staff who was super rude to us (she was an another girl from the girl who took our order). So, what happen is that we went to this store around 7:15pm and it took us pretty long time shop around. After we checkout, my sister noticed that they accidentally have changed us more, so she went back and asked for it. But the female staff that attended us was super rude to my sister, firstly she was not listening to her, that what she is trying to explain her, secondly she was trying to be over-smart and charge us more than the previous bill. She even said "I'm losing my mind" and also she "shut up" my sister too. I even took her picture but I don't want to hurt her privacy by uploading it her. But she need to get fired. She was trying to be the manager and yelling at her co-workers. The manager of that store need to see this matter...
