Honesty dr Johnson doesn’t even deserve 1star ! Today my daughter had an appointment to see this doctor. #1 his office didn’t verify the insurance information correctly and was discussing our information in front of other patients. #2 we were referred by a different dr and this was the first time attending so the dr that referred us contacted dr Johnson to let him know the patient he referred was there . What was that for ? Dr Johnson walked out of the back room to the waiting area my daughter and I was sitting and said in front of the other patients “no more calls.. who came here from dr Charlie office ?!” …. I turned around and said “we did “… he yells “you will be seen … you will be seen ! “ . We were confused because there was never a question whether he will see my daughter or not so we didn’t understand where he was coming from. I explained to him that the girl couldn’t verify our insurance … he yells Still in front of other patients “ well what do you want me to do about that?” . I was so stunned on how he was speaking to us in front of others and the lack of professionalism is not what I expected from a hand surgeon . Again this was the first time at his office and I’ve never experienced such bad treatment from a doctor. Everything that came out his mouth was Sarcasm ! I got up and told my daughter “let’s go “ because I will not allow anybody to speak to us this way ! This is not the way a patient should ever be treated or spoken to. Unfortunately I will never return or recommend him because his lack of compassion , respect and professionalism is...
