Taqueria Los Güeros — Restaurant in Clifton

Went in with 3 other people. We ordered 5 orders. so about $60-$70 of food. When the tray came out for the first person who ordered 2 things they put three tiny things on the tray of the green sauce. Then everybody's food came out and did not get a any sauces with any. I asked the girl behind the counter and she told me that she gave sauce. I told her that she put it on the first person's tray and we all assumed its for him. Yes we came in together but each one of us ordered and paid separately. I asked her for one more for me. keep in mind these sauces are tiny. So, I got up to ask for another one and the girl says to me "I have to charge $2 for another one" , I said No thanks and sat down. I was fuming and did not want to say another word because i was afraid what I'm going to say was not going to be professional. My employer was celebrating Spanish Heritage Month and we were all doing a Potluck of different spanish dishes, I ordered the 30 for $30 at 1p.m. and confirmed for pickup at 10:10 a.m. the next day. I asked to make sure the order was ready and they said it would be because the chef is in at 9:30a.m.. Despite the restaurant opening at 10 a.m., my order wasn't ready on time. To make matters worse, I was charged $60 instead of the agreed-upon $30. There was no prior notice about the price increase, and I felt misled by their advertising.

I could have easily walked out, but I chose to pay for the tacos out of professional courtesy. It was my first time ordering here and the manager was rude and abrasive. I recommend others think twice before ordering from this taqueria, as my experience was frustrating and disappointing. Be cautious when dealing with their service and pricing! Order tacos the tripa and a quesadilla veggie with 2 drinks the food had some kind of rocks inside once we took the first bite . We return the food ask for a refund right away in the first bite then manager insinuated that we might of put the rocks in the food wich is clearly stupid as the food was return right away. I ask for a refund they say cameras need to be check after 2 weeks and several calls I was refunded I guess cameras were check. They end up refunding is for the food but not for the 2 drinks you will think they will just refund that as well for the inconvenience but no you can’t tell owners don’t care about quality or customer service just every penny they can make not even an apology!!! What can you expect for quality of food I will be calling the health department as well as they probably using unsanitary ingredients to save their bucks !!! Don’t eat here don’t support...
