Great Experience! I came in looking for a printer after returning a bad experience to meijer. Jim, the salesperson, saw me looking and came right over. He got the details about what I needed and helped me find the models that would work best for me. Then he gave me the inside info about which would be most cost effective in the long run (due to ink) and which had the abilities to load special papers I was going to need with my new cricut electronic cutter. He was very understanding about my dislike of automatic ink monitoring renewal plans and explained to me that they are not necessary. He also told me about Office Max's version, which gives you all the control and a discount price. I did not take it right then, but I will come back in when I need ink and sign up. They send you an email once a month, asking if you want ink, and only send it if you say yes. They don't monitor your pages or charge you if you don't order. The printer he hooked me up with is also the only one that comes with full ink cartridges, so it will be awhile before I need to come in!...

I ordered a chair which was never sent out (doesnt make them anymore), no notification or call that it was out of stock. Waited 2 weeks, called the support number. They are absolutely the worst support line around. I have had e-mails ignored (gave 2 days to answer before calling again). was told i would get a call in 24 hours from someone, instead got a e-mail that refund has been made to a prepaid credit card. the issue is i told them that was thrown out after because it was used. they credited it anyhow... so call them get hung up on or sent to a dead end. No response from e-mail either. Finally I called the store and spoke to Tim, he is wonderful. Has gotten a solution or told me what he can do to help.
I highly doubt the support team couldn't have done what he did. So as the workers would get a higher rating, their support as killed...
Read moreFar and away the worst experience every single time I come here. I print things for work here multiple times a year and I am not kidding, it is an issue EVERY single time. They consistently make it feel like it's inconvenient that you are even in the store. If my company didn't have a partnership with them, I'd never go to an OfficeDepot and especially, this one. I've had them print the exact same files no less than 10 times and at least half of those times I had to negotiate with them because I was told they aren't capable of formatting it correctly to print...At a printing center. Not to mention, the turnaround time is terrible. I needed something turned around in 24 hours, literally 7 copies of 10 page packet and was told they couldn't get it done in time. I was forced to use my home printer and guess what? It took all of 15 minutes. If you want to feel uncomfortable simply trying to get something printed, then you will have a field day at this...
