Route 59 smoke shop — Local services in Clinton Township

The gentleman inside was very rude when I asked him the price of his cigarettes they were double the price anywhere else in Macomb county then he proceeded to yell at me I asked why he yelled at me, then I asked him why was he yelling at me he said I offended him by Gasp he said if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else I said I will and then he said yeah and you'll get shot down the road, I seem to recall this guy when he worked in Mount Clemens and was the same rude way, I personally think if he was a nice person he wouldn't have to raise his prices to manage his cost because he doesn't have enough customers coming in, a customer outside also said he is like this to a lot of people and that is why he does not come there too much. The funny thing was I was going to buy all that he had in stock, and the condescending undertone of racism by saying I would get shot where else where else I went I mean this world is...

I visited this store for the first time on Monday, because I’ve just moved into the area. As soon as I entered the store, the cashier asks from the register, “can i help you find something?” As I walk through the first isle, i responded with a low “umm” as I’m looking, not wanting to responding with a yes, until I've looked for myself. He then asks “are you deaf?” I honestly have never been met with this level of disrespect from customer service in my life. I paused and looked at him for a few seconds in confusion at how someone could be so crude to a stranger in a short span of time. He then says, “Well I asked you if you needed help and you act like you can’t hear me. I told him “that’s a good way to lose service”, as I walked out of the store. As I was leaving he said, “And don’t come back.” No respect, or self awareness at all....

Update: your door was wide open. Where’s your open sign on and you already had other customers inside your store so yes, let us check the cameras and let us see who is standing at the counter politely waiting to be serviced while you were sitting down and your other employee was standing in the corner. You wanna be so smart don’t worry I will screenshot everything and post it all over the place for everyone to see.so normally the woman is working and she is super polite and friendly today. There was a gentleman working. He was rude straight up rude he was not only rude to me. He was rude to his employee that showed up to help him. I will probably never shop...
