I ordered a chocolate cream cold brew at 0539 on 10/27/2024 in app. The payment went through & I arrived to pick up my coffee at 0545. No one was there & the lights were out. This is a great inconvenience as I work in a hospital & it takes time away from my patients. I tried calling the store for a refund at 0630 but no one answered after 4 times calling. I arrived at the store at 0700 & three employees were prepping for the morning. I could not open the door as it was locked. I was outside for about 10 minutes. They would look at me & make eye contact but would not open the door. I stood outside in 42 degree weather knocking on the door until the manager opened the door. I told her I had cone to pick up my order within business hours but no one was here. She said someone was late. I said, "if you are the manager, why weren't you here to open also?" She said nothing. I picked up my coffee & said that I had tried calling the store but no one answered. The manager said, "oh, our phones are down." The location opens at 5:30 on Sundays, this location this morning opened at 7:00. This is unacceptable as other orders were made and other customers were not able to pick them up. The manager handed me a $4 gift card and turned her back to me. I felt very dismissed as this created a great inconvenience, taking time away from my patients & for me to drive all the way back, for her to shut me up with a giftcard. The gift card would not even compensate for my original purchase of a single drink. I was not given an apology & feel dismissed. This should not have happened & I want to ensure it will not happen again as I'm a regular at this location as it is close to my workplace. From a manager even. So unprofessional to not be open & ready for customers AN HOUR & A HALF AFTER POSTED...

I came here and order through the drive thru and the lady was very nice taking my order. When the order was finished, I told her “Thank you sweetheart” and she told me “don’t call me sweetheart” and I told her “okay, sorry”. I was very shocked she said that as I have told many drive thru workers that after they treated me nicely, it’s a general way of saying thank you. I then pulled up to the window and some huge guy working there opened the window and said “this is sweethearts husband”. He took huge offense for nothing and I let him know it wasn’t like that and I didn’t mean any harm and I say it to everybody. He mentioned I was never coming back here again, and that if I said it next time we’re going to have a problem. He was very rude for nothing and overreacted for no reason. There was absolutely no reason he reacted like that and threatened us when i didn’t mean no harm to them and didn’t say nothing wrong at all. Read moreI did an online order pickup at 9am (for inside counter pickup). When I got to the store they had a sign on their door that said their lobby was closed because they’re short staffed . I got back in my car went to go through the line and it was wrapped around the building almost out to Home Depot. I called the store and asked the worker if someone could just bring it to the front door . She told me no and said only the drive through is available. I told her I understood that but it was done online ahead of time because I don’t have time to wait in a line . Especially one that long. She told me if she did it for me then she would have to do it for everyone else. She also said she would remake the drink once I got to the window. Glad to know they’re so willingly to waste the drink , food, and my money I spent. I will not be going back to this location .
