Ordered through delivery and did not receive dressing with order. Called and was told nothing they can do as there’s nothing wrong with salad, it’s only missing dressing. Asked who eats salad with no dressing, manager said salads fine without dressing. Employers extremely rude on phone. Passed phone through 3 staff and each person said nothing they can do and they would not refund. Even said to come up sometime through out the week to pick up extra dressing. The food was not in good shape. I had a beef Shwarma and it had a lot of gristle. It had a weird taste overall. And the hummus we got was Rancid! It had started to fermented. Also the garlic sauce tasted like yogurt and not garlic. Low quality food. Only replacement hummus was offered when I called, but there was no indication they were going to check it or fix the issue. We have eaten from here three times since this location opened, each time being delicious. The last time we ordered a family meal and everyone loved it. My 12 y/o nephew said it was the best quesadilla he's ever had. The staff has always seemed friendly and helpful, and we always plan for takeout to be about 20 min (pretty standard for Bucharest) We are so happy about this location.
