Arrow nutrition is a very nice place to get a helping hand in your daily healthy nutrition game plan. They do shakes and teas aimed toward living a healthier lifestyle but can also be used just because. The shakes are meal replacement shakes that have all the necessary nutrition for one meal. The teas are good for metabolism and energy among other things. They have multiple flavors to choose from. The shakes are very tasty but have a bland sweetness that is to be expected versus a strongly sweet taste. The teas are much more like a normally expected taste. Though prices are decent I suggest when going take a buddy if you can they have better rates if you are buying two...

Love the friendly staff who treats you like family. The teas are my favorites because they: 1. Are tasty. 2. They have A LOT of caffeine. If you need to get a lot of stuff done in one day --like write your graduate thesis or run a half marathon or teach one day of public school, like me -- go get one of these bad boys...

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I finally found the perfect tea for me and they never made me feel bad for asking all those questions. I go like 3-4 times a week. Highly recommend! They are closed on Sunday though so I suggest grabbing one of the make it yourself...
