I am sitting in my car in disbelief! My services were impeccable!!! First, let me start off by saying I booked a lymphatic massage months before my Sx, but do to complications with my Sx clinic and scheduling, I was not able to have my Sx with enough down time before going back to work. When I contacted Shardae, she was more than accommodating with me by letting me use my deposit toward another service. (Now don't go and try this, I'm just trying to show y'all the level of customer service). Nevertheless, I booked fat dissolving shots (needless lipo)with Katrina, and I'm so glad that I did. I seen the results on their IG page, but I must admit I was skeptical.... long story short, my results are FANTASTIC. It was money well spent, and I cant wait to come back for my second round of needless lipo shot. Katrina is very professional and efficient. My services were effective, and I am a satisfied client. I have been trying to go here for the longest and havent yet. Long story short I referred my co-worker because I had been hearing so much about this place. My co worker made an appt before me a week ahead of time just to be canceled an hr before time on the day of. And had to be refunded. Just very inconvenient. But I didnt let that stop me from still trying to get serviced. I tried to book a wax online and it stated to call to instead. I called and got no answer, so I text. I didnt get a reply until 48 hrs later stating she doesnt even offer that service. So that was very unprofessional to me. Why do you advertise a service you dont even offer. This was my first time visiting and i loved the openness and the fact that i was made to feel comfortable right away. I am thankful for the opportunity to be one of the models for the wonderful classes that was offered at boujee bodies. If it had not been for those classes I would not have been able to experience the laser lipo service because i work long hours throughout the week and unfortunately can’t book an appointment, but after speaking with the wonderful owner i will hold out hold for some Saturday opens in the future of 2020.
