ZERO stars. I placed an order online for the two hour pick up as advertised on the website because I was working and wanted to stop there in my way home after my shift. My order was placed around 11am. My order was a total of 10 items, all towels. I never received an email confirming that my order was ready by the end of my shift which as 3pm. I called the store and they said the order had not yet been started, but they would be working on it and it should be ready by the time I get there. By the time I made it to the store it had already been 4.5 hours since my order was placed. I stood around for what seemed like a long time and had to reach out to several employees to inquire about my order. Eventually, after more time waiting, someone comes up to me and tells me they canât find the items within my order. I asked this how this was possible as it said my items were in stock. The employee didnât really have an explanation for this and basically told me I should just go buy it at a different store. I then asked if it was possible to have this order shipped to me once the items were found and I was told no and that I should just go to another store to get it. The communication was beyond poor and customer service was nonexistent. To start, I should have been notified in the delay in my order. Items that say they were in stock that werenât really in stock shouldnât be an issue that customers have to âfigure out in their own.â A resolution to this problem should have been addressed by the employee in a professional and equal matter. I should have also been given to opportunity to speak to a manager. The 2 hour pick up shouldnât be advertised as 2 hour pick up because clearly itâs not. The store should have been the one offering me a resolution and I shouldnât have had to be the one inquiring about my options moving forward and if they could still ship the items to me. They couldâve also taken the lead in getting these items (said to be in stock at their store) from another store instead of telling me âjust go get it at another storeâ. The customer service here is an embarrassment to the company. Its unfortunate because I enjoy the item selection. I will not be returning note shop here and want others to know about my issue so it doesnât happen to them. I had a very large order the day before and am contemplating returning it all and finding those items at a store other than this company. Another downfall is that the company makes it difficult to get hold of management as there is no chat feature within the website, no number to call as you are directed to a voicemail or you were instructed to fill out a form to get someone to contact you. I left a voicemail, I filled out the requested form twice and attempted to resolve the issue at the actual store and itâs gotten me nowhere. (Start of fall) So we walk in and many signs posted for 50% OFF and CLEARANCE with big arrows down the isle. Specifically the Isle she wanted some cushions. She dug through the shelves. And found a floral black white and red flower print she loved. Picked out 4 pieces. 2 smaller pillows, 2 bit larger pillows, and a matching couch one all the same. Got up to the register and he began scanning items...stating "oh this one isn't marked down 50%". But the others were and they were obviously a matching set. So the 2 larger ones were not visibly marked as 50% off. But the other 2 were. So we asked as they were obviously matching.. Can we please get them all for the 50% off as all the signs in the isle, row, and ads on the doors clearly stated. And they said. 'Their not marked so no.' Really going to say not to a $75+ sale due to them being marked, or not marked correctly..... Needless to say we walked out.. Not happy. And probably...
