Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Clive

Very disappointed with this location and will not be back. Little Caesars has traditionally been a very quick, easy, and straight forward pizza experience that I could always count on. This evening's experience was not that case. I attempted to order an extra most bestest stuffed crust pizza, but the employee taking my order was completely incompetent and could not understand even the simplest order for a single pizza. He kept asking if the order was for 2 pizzas because "there's no such thing as a stuffed crust extra most bestest". Finally I told him I wanted whatever the stuffed crust pizza was they had on menu with pepperoni. The employee then charged me for a custom stuffed crust pizza, which was more expensive than the menu stuffed crust pizza and had reduced cheese and toppings. Upon pick up I confirmed with the manager that they still have the stuffed crust extra most bestest, and was told if I wasn't happy with my pizza my money could be returned if I didn't want my pizza. It was closing time and I couldn't even have another pizza made the way I wanted. This Little Caesars needs to learn from the owner and employees of the Ankeny store on how to properly prepare and proof/rise their dough and about a more friendly customer service. Around 4:15pm on Friday 02/07/20, I asked the young female manager on duty for a side of buffalo wing sauce, which she said it would cost $2 for a small cup. I told her that Ankeny charges me only $1 and requested her to match that, then she replied saying, "well this isn't Ankeny and we have a different owner". So I declined the sauce and then ate 2 slices of their improperly prepped dough/cardboard pizza. I understand it's a $5 pizza, but the Ankeny store has great employees who make the dough properly that makes the $5 pizza more like a $15 pizza of a much higher quality. If all Little Caesars quality and service was like Ankeny, then they could rule the market easily. Will never visit this Clive...

I walked in tonight and ordered a The most bestest pepperoni, add pinapple and very light on the sauce. That is what I paid for $6 plus $1.75 for the extra topping. The young guy in the back brings out my pizza and shows it to me and it's only pineapple. I explain to him what I ordered and he says no we don't do that. I pointed to the sign that clearly states most bestest for $6 add any additional toppings for $1.75 each. So he goes back and remakes the pizza. Get it home and it's a regular $5 pepperoni with pineapple and very little cheese. There were maybe 3 slices of pepperoni to a slice of pizza. This is not the first time I have had issues with my order. I ask for very light sauce and they can't seem to understand cause it is always caked with sauce.
