Lowe's Market — Local services in Clovis

My first choice when it comes to grocery shopping. The selection here is very heavily bent towards a Mexican style, including a station where I believe fresh tortillas are made -- I always shop in the later evening, and this haven't seen it active, so I'm not sure. Every grocery section has items I can't really find elsewhere, usually labeled in Spanish as prominently as in English, sometimes more so. The spice section also includes moe variety than other groceries in the area, either similar size or larger. And, in general, the prices are better here than other small groceries. I honestly can't compare them to the likes of Walmart -- literally can't, bc being inside Walmart for any extended period of time makes me both nauseous and triggers a migraine, which is worse and lasts longer the longer I stay in Walmart. Still, while there are some things I simply HAVE to go to Walmart for because no one else locally stocks them, there ate significantly more things only Lowe's stocks.

My only real gripe is the price of milk -- sometimes upwards of $4/ gallon. Not great. If all I need is milk, I usually go somewhere else. But if I know I need a lot of things, it's not a large enough price hike to make me shop at...

I shop here often, because I can always get what I need. The store is always clean and the staff will go out of their way to help you with something if you need it. In comparison to Albertsons, Lowe's usually has the best price on most of the items I tend to buy. Their selection of products are very good and prices are very fair. Their selection on both meats and produce are very good. The store just recently also added a section of the store that makes homemade style flour tortillas. These are some of the best tortillas in town. When it is time to check out, you will likely be out of the store quite quickly, since staff are fast and efficient. Let me also not forget to mention that the cashier's are also friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend this store for your grocery shopping needs. The store also has self checkout, so you can get in and out of the store even faster. Try the new app and save even more throughout the store. Their fresh veggies are ok, but the fruits....leave a lot to be desired. They have changed customer service hours to 11am-7pm and it was not staffed as of 11:05am, then took time to set up equipment. I get there 10 minutes early for ATM. 11:35 at this moment and I just finished at customer service. Plus all registers are now self serve, so their labor costs have deceased far far far fewer employees....and they do not and will not carry POSTAGE STAMPS. Lastly, DO NOT BUY THE MONEY ORDERS FROM HERE, as they do not honor them once bought. I bought (2) to send out of state, the recipients bank would not cash them, and this store would help me rectify or refund and would not even give me a number to call for more assistance. I finally got a number...and boy oh boy they got a scam going, takes 90 day and $19.99 per money order for a refund. Again, DO NOT BUY A MONEY ORDER HERE OR AT ALBERTSONS AS THEY USE THE...
