Is there a different time that you close on Thursday? Because according to your time on your door it say 10 pm. We pulled up at 15 til just to buy drinks. The lights and the open sign were on. We have done this many times with no issues. In fact the person who waited on us in the past said they have to wait on customers until closing time. Regardless. We sat there. A tall guy with a mustache was standing watching us and instead of coming out and letting us know they were closing early, the tall guy walked in the back and turned the lights off and stared at us. We backed out and made it to Sonic at 10 till and had our drinks and left before 10. When we went by on the way home, everyone was gone and it still was a few minutes before 10. All it would have taken was for someone to come out and explain that they were closing early and we would have been ok, but to turn off the lights 15 min before closing and stare at us was rude. We have always enjoyed eating there and the sodas are the best around, but I don't think I'm going to be pulling up there for a while. If ever. Customer service is important and keeps your business going. All it would have taken was the tall guy just Stepping to the door and letting us know you were closing early. Returned for a pick up, took 10 minutes to get acknowledged. Got the order and when we got home realized one meal was wrong and the other was missing. Called back to address this and was told the missing one wasn't put on the order and with it being their mistake there would be no charge. Got there to pick up the missing item, watched the car hops and a guy from the kitchen chit chat for 10 minutes and then a car hop comes out and then motions to me she would be there in a minute. Once we were finally acknowledged she then charged us for the missing item. Got back to find out the steak fingers were so over cooked and charred a better decision would be rock fingers which was complimented by my 4 French fries and okra I didn't order. I LOVE TWIN CRONNIE!! BUT DO NOT GO EAT THERE AFTER 5!!! THE COOKS ARE DIFFERENT AND THE FOOD IS DIFFERENT. I OFTEN WONDER HOW MANY TIMES THE OWNERS CHECK ON THE COOKS AND THE SERVICE! YOU REALLY REALLY NEED TO. I'VE STOPPED GOING FOR AWHILE THINKING, "WELL MAYBE THEY JUST HAD A BAD NIGHT....NOT!
