Just barely received my bed 4 days ago spaced out on my first payment yesterday. Again only had my bed for four days now. Got a call told them I was sorry that I will be there first thing Monday morning to pay the boss said no I have to have it in before 5 or else they are taking my bed. So I called back to and was letting another man know that I spaced out my payment the I'll be there in two days to pay for my bed payment he was like ok cool that's cool let me put it down in your account he ask my named then said my name to let me know he was putting on the account then the boss I heard in the background saying no the have to pay now or no. So I made it clear that I will be there Monday morning to pay it either y'all take it or no but don't tell me I gave to pay that amount today or else. Horrible customer service. Without a doubt the worst RAC I've ever dealt with. Francisco the floor manager is rude. You make a payment arrangement and they still call you every day. They will harass you at work. Not to mention the company is pure garbage. If you want to make payments at 3x msrp for whatever this is the place. Where they rip you off and harass you daily over $57... Absolute joke of a company. But atleast when I did business with them in another city the employees weren't rude. First of all, this is the first time I’ve ever experienced this Rent-A-Center in the whole. I don’t know how long many years I’ve been getting merchandise for them.. i’ve asked them continuously to not call me while I’m at work. Call me after five and I will make my payment because I always make my payment with no problems and when I asked them, the guy that was on the phone originally act like he didn’t give a damn I asked to speak to the manager.
