I’m not sure what’s going on in this store but it has sure gone down hill bad!! I’ve gone in different occasions and the lady representative is very quick to state the following “ she cannot help with reviewing my plan or order and she can not access my information at all that I must call or go online proceeds telling me I’m sorry we aren’t allowed to do anything except sell phones and take a payment that is it” so I leave call Verizon get help I received the wrong phone the next day I call n go online and am tolded go to the Verizon store they can switch out your phone for the correct one. Second time I go in there explain what i was tolded on the phone by another representative she proceeded to inform me again “ she cannot do the exchange in the store and she cannot help , I didn’t buy my phone in store so she cannot help and if she exchanges it it’s only gonna mess things up in my order ?? “ so I ask okay so why can’t you help again and states the same thing she has no access and is not allowed to check accounts or offer customer services or any kind but sell phones and open up a line besides that we have to find help online or call. Mind you when I walked in the store she was telling someone else the same thing. I have been with Verizon for 8 years never had a problem always go in store for my updates n I’m tolded now I can’t receive help with the update and purchase’s I just made or get help finding a right plan ??. Overall idk what’s going on but after 8 years idk if I wanna continue beign a customer to Verizon. Also the store really needs a good deep clean it smells like straight up urine an carpets look horrible. , don’t waist your time going in if you need any help , you’ll get tolded they can’t help and turn you around. Better off getting a plan somewhere else at this point. The customer service sucks and they don’t seem to know what their doing or just don’t wanna...
Read moreI spoke with the district manager of Russell cellular for the local stores in this area and I expressed how the other location by Walmart was giving customers the wrong information regarding the Verizon 5G home internet and this district manager was trying to clarify with me what I was told even though I explained to her in detail that they're giving customers the wrong information regarding the speeds that they can expect from the home internet and how the employee at the other location was literally arguing with me when I was speaking 100% truth. I had the service for almost a month and had to cancel it due to my speeds being cut in half due to deprioritization during peak hours which they do not fully speak about in the terms of service. The district manager ran away was kind of defending what the employee had said which I was kind of shocked but I will definitely be getting my Verizon service if I continue to do so now at a corporate store and not at a Russell...
Read moreThe staff was knowledgeable but was unable to help me since they weren't an actual Verizon Corp store, that wasn't the issue..I was able to go online and get my issue fixed. The young girl that was working that day kept referring to me as "Hun" it sounded very belittling and it was definitely annoying. There was other female women that were in there that were obviously older than me but never once did she refer to them as "hun" I am quite sure I was older than that young girl working in the store but yet she felt the need to keep referring to me as "hun" That will be the last time I step into that store because I don't need to be talked like a child from a child herself. I suggest maybe offering some training to your staff on how to address...
