This is not a very good Starbucks. The only things that āseemā good are that you can pay & order ahead plus they do have a drive thru but it is usually difficult to get thru, or even get in and out of, if the parking lot is full. They built the parking lot too small for people to park and leave, ESPECIALLY with the drive thru running down the middle of it. Customers in a long drive thru line donāt yield to customers trying to leave the parking lot, so those trying to leave often pull out and try to back up between two vehicles stopped, with a two foot gap between them. Itās very dangerous! But, I went for the LAST time today. I said this about 7 months ago after ordering & paying ahead & then getting stuck in the terribly built parking lot with backed up drive thru traffic for more than 45 minutes & missing Sunday church for such bad coffee, that I poured it out. Then, I broke down and went again yesterday, craving Starbucks fall menu. They were open and they have a drive thru, so I thought I would give them another try, IF they werenāt busy. Big mistake. While the wait wasnāt bad, I ordered a tall Pumpkin Spice Latte. I didnāt take even a sip until I got home (about 5 minutes after receiving my coffee.) I pulled the lid off & was shocked by how empty the cup looked.I took a photo. I realize the foam settled but not that much (you can see on the sides of the cup where it had filled to) Took one sip & gagged. The espresso tasted āscorchedā like a barbecue pit, there was no sweet pumpkin taste or even a hint of spice flavor. I should have gone to the Albertsonās location. The coffee there is always on point. Do better Starbucks! (4112 N. Prince location)

The first time I was able to get coffee no problem, the girl was nice and the coffee was decent. The second time I went to get coffee I was told that they where cleaning the espresso Machine and unable to make any coffee, this was at around 8am in the morning (different girl working). The girl was rude and not customer friendly. So today I decided to go get a coffee, third time going to this location hoping that it would be better than the last time, unfortunately it was not. I go to place my order (one that I usually get and have gotten at many locations) the girl that was working from the second time was again working. I said I just wanted to make sure I'm getting the one I ordered. He was like yeah, they are the same price, I said ok just wanted to make sure.
