Albertsons Market — Local services in Clovis

Placed my order on at 3:50pm online. Got email @ 3:55pm about received my order and my pick-up time was between 7pm & 8pm. It was 7:50pm and still didn't get a text say order was ready for pickup. I was around Albertsons also @ 7:50. So I thought I go inside and pickup my order since I haven't gotten a text saying it's ready. I go inside and was directed by am employee and told me to park opposite side of the building. I pulled up and by that time it was already 8:06. I call the pickup number and a female answered and I said I need to pick up my order and I haven't got a text saying it's ready. She told me they are closed and register is closed also. She also says they were real busy . I said, why didn't I get a text or email saying my order is ready. With a rude response from her, she says, we were really busy and didn't get to fill some orders, again I asked why didn't I get a text or email telling me my order was ready when I placed the order at 3:50pm today. She tells in a rude voice, I can't tell you why we didn't text you but we're closed., and just hangs up on me. I've been going to Albertsons for years and years and this is the first time I've been treated by arude employee and just hangs up on me. That's why I am giving 1 star for the rudeness and getting attitude with me on the phone when this is 100% not my error. Never got a text or email when my order was ready and my email from Albertsons says my order will be ready between 7 and 8pm. Very rude of the female employee on the phone, her etiquette skills on the phone as I could tell needs training on how to speak to customers with respect and making it sound like it's my...

REVIEW UPDATE: Cashier KATLYNN was very rude and bossy to me while she checked me out. She never made eye contact. I wouldn't want this kind of person even repairing a machine, she was that rude. I was friendly and polite to her, actually was having a physical ailment problem, but it didn't matter to her. Why do you guys hire these rude people? If I have a chance I'll just go to Walmart down the road. I never experience this kind of rudeness and non appreciation there. I told Katlynn I was having trouble loading my items because I was having a physical ailment. She or the bagger couldn't have taken a clue and simply come and help me?

I really enjoy coming here, but there's some draining annoyances. They're always out of things!! I realize it is due to recent trucker strikes and what not but it gets old. I've never had a rude cashier except last week, Izhyhana. Obviously an intelligent lady, but what's with no eye contact and no welcoming demeanor? I could tell that the young lady bagger was on edge too. If you don't like people find another place to work.

Otherwise, I love that they're open til 11pm! Plenty of parking, nice big clean store (especially compared to others in Clovis). The stock guys at night are so polite and actually ask if they can help you find things. I've never known stockers to be happy and nice like that.

Oh, one other lame thing: some people just feel compelled to share their joy at coming here by booming their bass in the parking lot. If it makes them happy,...

We enjoy our Albertsons. They have a nice Gluten-Free selection. My only qualm is that when they get something new and I find it and get excited and go back for more. They discontinue it. There was a Gluten-Free pancake mix and a keto syrup we got ALL THE TIME. and we'd usually buy 3 bags of the mix. And a bottle of syrup. After a few months, GONE. They got in Schar GF filo dough. I was EXSTATIC. I went back a few weeks later to get another box and GONE. The gf frozen dessert section is weak too. Almost everytime it looks lole covid happened all over again. And they don't change those up. H.E.B. has a much better gf dessert assortment, so I usually wait for a trip to Lubbock and stock up from H.E.B. GF MACARONS, multiple types of GF donuts.
