Very deceptive practices. If you are going to send a 2nd tech you should disclose that the person is ALSO charging by the hour. We did NOT ask for a 2nd person. We were never advised that it would be extra. We would have said nevermind and stuck to the original request. Oh yeah. They also charged $12 bucks for gas when we are literally 3 minutes away. Chad and Cole came and installed our 75" TV above our mantle. They were able to mount it quickly and professionally.
