The bare minimum that a paying customer should receive in a dining establishment is consideration as another human being and to receive what they ordered and paid for. DQ was always consistent with their desserts, especially the Blizzards.
Tonight was disgraceful and disgusting and money was lost and nothing was resolved. The associate working the front counter and making orders acted inappropriately and disrespectful over a miscommunication. When my wife's order was not correct; we brought it to her attention and she responded by telling my wife that the blizzard menu item: "Is made with strawberries." My wife has ordered the same item with the same modifications dozens of visits before with zero problems.
After Letting my wife know that She ordered wrong, the employee threw the blizzard in the trash and proceeded to the cash register to help someone else!! My wife and I left and no longer were interested in a happy treat served by a hateful representative.
Please lower your expectations for the current condition of this representation of DQ and certainly for the future.

Read moreI'll give them an A for effort and a good attitude but over the handful of times I've been in there it's been a disappointing experience. Just trying to put an order in is an extremely painful process. The ancient cash register is to blame, they don't know what buttons are what, some are scratched out and written in pen. In my head I was able to add up what it should have cost but their register was $13 over. I did like the sandwich I ordered but they got a simple cheese burger wrong, multiple times I mentioned I want cheese on a burger with ketchup nothing else but I get no cheese, no ketchup but everything else, that went in the trash because my kid wouldn't eat it. The chicken tenders we're overcooked, they didn't look burnt but sure did taste like it, not exactly sure how that happens. So they get two stars because they had a good attitude, my sandwich was nice and they didn't screw up ice cream. My recommendation, replace that ancient...

I used to go there about twice a week to get a milkshake, but I stopped going there because some of the employees are rude and act like you're bothering them with your mere presence. The last milkshake I got from there was terrible. It was thin and watery, and the girl got it all over the outside of the cup. Because I was in the drive-through, I didn't have a chance to wipe it off, so it dripped all over me and my car. She was kind of hostile too. She was obviously having a bad day and decided to take it out on me for some reason. I thought about taking it back and complaining, but I figured it wasn't worth the trouble. Her attitude made me think that it would just make her angry and could cause a scene, so I just threw it away and went elsewhere.
